Andrew did an absolutely amazing job repairing my garage door spring when it broke yesterday. He was courteous and professional and went the extra mile getting a new spring system installed in spite of the shelving I have right above the garage door. Most technicians would have told me to remove the shelving and walked away. But he demonstrated a talent and ingenuity to get the job done that I rarely see in service techs nowadays. We purchased a Precision air conditioner a couple of years. Our garage door wasn't working so we contacted them again Your serviceman Drew arrived to correct the situation, which was a broken spring. He was very pleasant, polite and well mannered. He worked very hard and kept us up to date on how these were going. He was probably there 4 hours and he did an excellent job. When he was finished, Drew went over everything he did and was very proud of it. That told me he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. The price was,$1,700, not cheap but I knew this work would last quite awhile. He's a great asset to your company and takes his work seriously. He's one-in-a-million! Take care of him because he will reward your company

Andrew was very thorough. He quickly resolved the problem with our remote keypad and in addition identified and resolved issues with the function of the garage door that had been annoying but not sufficiently so as to have required a separate call for maintenance. The door and remote keypad are now functioning well.

Drew was an excellent serviceman. He explained my system and was an excellent salesman talking me into upgrading my system such as springs, etc. I wasn’t planning to spend over $1,000 but drew convinced to upgrade. He was able to repair my opener and upgrade within a couple hours.

Technician was very knowledgeable and quickly determined problem. Was able to install replacement parts same day. However, the cost to repair is outrageously high! Would advise others to shop around for another service company first.
