Checked to make sure everything was functioning properly tweaked adjustment on door, then showed how the keypad worked answering any questions we had. Great company and great employees. The technician who replaced my torsion springs was very professional, pleasant, and competent. My only complaint was the price I payed was about $300-400 too much. Over $1000 for two new torsion springs on a double car garage with a single door is pretty outrageous.

Jeff was terrific. He was prompt, pleasant, and professional. I had called because I was having trouble with my 2012 LiftMaster system. It had begun responding erratically, and some of the several remotes I had been using had stopped working entirely. Jeff located the problem, a failed "motherboard" within the motor housing. He offered two solutions: 1) try and locate a replacement board, or 2) replace the entire opener including all eight new remotes. Jeff said a replacement board would probably have to be a used one, if available at all. So, I chose complete replacement. All parts needed were in Jeff's truck, which meant he could proceed with the replacement immediately. Jeff completed the installation that same afternoon/evening. There was just one "hang up" which Jeff eventually solved: We could not make my previously-installed MEROSS iPhone-controlled system work. After more than an hour of trying to pair the MEROSS system to the new GENIE system, Jeff suggested installing an Aladdin Connect iPhone-controlled alternative. He installed it on my phone, assisted in setting up the account, paired it with the GENIE and tested it successfully. PERFECT! i was especially impressed with Jeff's patience and persistence in getting all work done, even though he had to work well past normal working hours to do so. He's a good man.

I tried to replace hinges on my garage door as a DIY project. I broke the wires that open and close the garage door. I felt like an idiot. I looked up at the large green spring that Precision Garage Door Service had installed about 10+ years ago. A quality product. I called and explained what I had done. I asked - Can you help me today? The answer without hesitation was Yes! I expected to hear that I would be charge a large service trip fee plus repair costs. Without asking they told me that I would not be charged a service trip. Just the cost to repair the garage door. On a Saturday around 6pm. Unheard of. Noah arrived 10 minutes before the start of my repair service window. He was professional and kind. Noah went above and beyond. Not only did he repair what I had broken. Noah also reinstalled by garage door sensor that had snapped off when the garage door closed abruptly. He replaced wires and screws that were not adequate for the garage door. Noah even adjusted the belt on my garage door opener. Another DIY project. Quality company, quality products, quality employees. Noah, thank you! I appreciate how you treated me and the quality of service and repair. I hope you have an amazing Christmas and New Year!
