Mike is definitely 5+ stars in professionalism, product knowledge, & install/service expertise! On the other hand, your products are a little too overpriced, I think - It must be the consequences for buying a lifetime warranty. 250$ each for springs?.. 90$ for a pair of cables?... and so on!. So in my opinion, I can only offer you a 3- stars in cost-effectiveness. Because of your service quality, I will definitely consider you again in the future. Thank you!

My garage door spring broke at 4 PM on a Friday and I called Precision 2nd. The 1st company I called wouldn't come out until Monday. Precision set an appointment for between noon and 2 PM on Saturday and they were there at noon. In 1 hour Shane had replaced both springs, both cables and all the rollers. An excellent young man to work with. Very pleased

I inspected the work done by the service technician as well as spoke to my rental tenant and I was satisfied with the work done on the garage door. My tenant informed me that he was watching the technician perform the work on the door and had to suggest and politely pointed out that the technician needed to finish the door in a professional manner so that the work was not left half undone. As I stated before, I was satisfied with the overall job of repairing the garage door, but I was unhappy that the technician who was in the process of performing less than professional workmanship on the repairs. Should the need arise again for garage door repairs either at my rental or home, I will think twice before calling Precision Overhead Garage Door Service,

Micheal came out today to help with a broken garage door. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the door could not be repaired, so we will be getting a new one from Precision. This is not our first purchase from Precision, and we have know problem recommending them to our friends.

I was disappointed in the warranty. I needed the paper warranty although I was in their system for purchasing a garage door opener. They claimed that it may have been a previous owner of the home. I told the guy we built the home and I could show him documents but they still charged me $640 to fix my garage door. The repair guy didn't like me questioning him about the warranty. I was uncomfortable having to pay for something that was suppose to have a lifetime warranty.

Jason arrived as promised. After short assessment of the problem he explained the options for the repair. After short conversation we authorized the service package to be performed. He indicated that the job should take him 90 minutes. After 75 minutes I heard the garage door open and close. Checked a few minutes later and the job was completed and the area cleaned up spotless. Jason is not just very professional, he is also very easy going and personal. He great Ambassador for the company.
