Very professional and courteous. Called about 15 min prior to arrival. Adjusted door sensor and replaced cracked door bracket that I didn’t notice, saving me a future service call. I will always call Precision when I need garage door service.

So the reason for my 2 star rating is because I was in a desperate need. I needed a hinge replaced. When I inquired the receptionist said it would be $25 for a hinge and my service call would be waived if service was done. I removed the old hinge myself but couldn’t put a new one on. So when the young man got here he assed the situation and said I needed a whole new door. WHAT!!! I explained my job situation due to the COVID19 and I just needed to get buy for right now. No money for a whole new door. He said no way to put on new hinge. I asked if he could just put on the old hinge he said NO. I needed a hero right then. Not a $1000 bill. I called a friend who was able to send someone to fix the situation. Lubricate it and align it. All for a couple dollars. It’s as good as new. I will never refer or suggest Pricision. So sad in a time of need.

Excellent service! Overhead springs broke, door would not open. Called Precision, they were here, less than 30 minutes. My 20 year old system was on it's last leg. The technicians replaced the entire system, including the motor, track and controller. Now, everything works great. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Truly outstanding service. Even though I was not home (there was another adult at the house) during this repair, the technician called me and thoroughly explained the problems with my at least 14 year old garage door system (I knew these issues were there, but he explained anyway so that I would have a clear understanding of the problems at hand). He further explained what would or could happen if I deferred any repairs because of the worn and torn shape of the current system. In just a matter of an hour or so, he had replaced the springs, rollers, bearings and other hardware that would help keep the garage door working for a long time. Very Professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

Rebuilt practically the entire opening device parts as for springs, wire cables, rollers and even the 16’ pipe since the rollerS were rusted onto the 1” pipe!

Mike is definitely 5+ stars in professionalism, product knowledge, & install/service expertise! On the other hand, your products are a little too overpriced, I think - It must be the consequences for buying a lifetime warranty. 250$ each for springs?.. 90$ for a pair of cables?... and so on!. So in my opinion, I can only offer you a 3- stars in cost-effectiveness. Because of your service quality, I will definitely consider you again in the future. Thank you!

My garage door spring broke at 4 PM on a Friday and I called Precision 2nd. The 1st company I called wouldn't come out until Monday. Precision set an appointment for between noon and 2 PM on Saturday and they were there at noon. In 1 hour Shane had replaced both springs, both cables and all the rollers. An excellent young man to work with. Very pleased

I inspected the work done by the service technician as well as spoke to my rental tenant and I was satisfied with the work done on the garage door. My tenant informed me that he was watching the technician perform the work on the door and had to suggest and politely pointed out that the technician needed to finish the door in a professional manner so that the work was not left half undone. As I stated before, I was satisfied with the overall job of repairing the garage door, but I was unhappy that the technician who was in the process of performing less than professional workmanship on the repairs. Should the need arise again for garage door repairs either at my rental or home, I will think twice before calling Precision Overhead Garage Door Service,
