Tech Jerimiah called before arriving and also arrived at the time given to me by the office. Jerimiah was professional and knowledgeable on my opener and made sure everything worked and that I was satisfied with the results. I will not use anyone else for problems which may arise with my garage door. Also when I called I was given a time for the next day due to the time I placed the call, but after telling them of my problem they worked me in on the same day. Thank you for the job done well.

Shane Vanburen came out and installed a new garage door opener and oiled the old garage door rollers. My uncle came by the next day and I told him to open the garage door to remove something. Outstanding service... Jeff did an excellent job explaining things about the system and answered all my questions. He adjusted the springs and gave the door a tune-up. It now works as it should. He also showed me what to look for in problem areas and what to expect with the age of my door and system.

I had a broken balance spring and worn our bearings on a very noisy door. I called and they came out the next day. The service guy knew his craft and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was quick, friendly and courteous. When he was finished we cycled the door and it was smooth and nearly silent. He did an amazing job, well worth the cost.
