Great service. Garage was stuck in the down position and service showed up within 2 hours of my call. I was not is a super hurry or I am sure they would have shown up sooner. Was very efficient in fixing the garage door and even did a few extra items to make sure was working properly.

My expectations were significantly exceeded by Chad the repair gentlemen. He called in advance, was on time (early) assessed the issue and corrected the problem within 15 minutes. He did some additional PM work on the door. Once completed he reviewed all the work and repairs and answered my questions. This is the fourth time we have used Precision and the service and quality is always excellent.

The Precision representatives were A+. I purchased a new garage door from them about 10 years ago and they have serviced maintenance issues since then. Recently, I backed into my garage door and bent the frame of the door. I called Precision late in the day and they came the next morning. It was determined that I needed two new panels to get the door stabilized and they came back the same day several hours later to make the repairs. I am so grateful for Precision. Brian responded to the initial call and Chase followed up with the repairs. Both were courteous, professional, kind , and very knowledgeable about Precision and the work that needed to be done so that the door was functional once again. Called Precision today around 3 p.m. installed was here about 40 minutes later. Installed two new garage doors and programmed three remotes. Worked constantly until after 7 p.m. And did a great job on the installation and clean up. Explained how to use the remotes, explained about the warranty. Good experience.
