Precision Garage Door service was excellent from my first telephone contact to the completion of the repair. Hayden was polite, helpful and well experienced. He replaced the rubber at the base of the door and the rollers along the door track. He arrived on time, explained everything and worked efficiently. I will definitely use Precision if I need a future repair to my garage door.

Our garage door became wedged in the door frame with car in garage. Called Precision mid-morning. I was told that Michael was be here by 2:00 that same day. He arrived 30 min early and introduced himself and reviewed the problem situation. In less than an hour, he had door working properly, lubed the door and tightened another fitting on the chain.
