Hayden showed up at the beginning of our service window (which was a nice surprise). He was nice, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us options to complete the repair that all made perfect sense and didn’t try to up sale us to things that weren’t needed. The work was clean, quick and effective! Big thanks to Hayden! The overall experience was kicked off by courteous office staff that didn’t charge a fee just for showing up to review the job (unlike some of their competitors). Also, the work was completed the same day. Big 5 stars from this customer. We wont go anywhere else for all needs in the future and feel 100% confident in recommending to our neighbors. My garage door opener system was at least 24 years old and was limping along to do its job. From a reliable source, Precision was recommended to come and assess my situation. Hayden, the installer, called me within 5-10 minutes after my first call to Precision. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided an estimate based on what I wanted to be done. He was extremely kind and estimated the work to take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Within 1 hour, he had completed the entire job and walked me through his installation which included a new motor, belt drive, sensors, remote pad and its setup. Thank you Precision!

Esteemed Sr. Carlos Morales I was very fortunate to get Tech. Hayden Saari for a new Genie garage door opener purchased from Precision G.D.S. on 4/29/25. Hayden arrived at the exact time promised and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable on the Genie product he was about to instal. After informing him of my current age and past stroke; Hayden made sure to explain what the job entitled with patience and in a non technical manner. Job was completed in approx. (2 hrs.) and work area was totally cleaned up. Hayden took the time to program an extra Genie remote and my automobile "Homelink" system. Hayden the technician did an absolute amazing job. Diagnosed the problem with our panel quickly, and repaired. Hayden also did a general check of the motor, cleans out the motor area, greased all the hinges for the garage door. He also repaired some exposed wires on the sensors. Hayden is very professional.

I was advised when I made the tech appointment that they would diagnose the issue and quote a price. I only needed the keypad on the outside of the garage programmed to work. The tech did this in 30 seconds, never quoted a price, and then wanted to charge me $180. I questioned this and said this was unfair but the tech stood firm even though 18 months earlier precision door installed my unit. It’s very obvious this company is more interested in over charging seniors with deceptive practices. I will be writing to better business to warn others and to also advise the large retirement community I live in
