When I called because I couldn’t figure out how to finish my weather stripping, these guys helped so much. They sent someone out within about 2 hours and it was fixed in about 45 mins. The technician, Dalton, was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me so I knew what was going on, and he did an amazing job. The seal around the garage door is better than it’s ever been.

So glad I called Precision Door Service. Charlie was very pleasant, and informative. He got the job done. I was very pleased with the work. The next day I tried to change the code on the door and was having trouble. Chris came right out, showed me what I was doing wrong. Very helpful and again pleasant and patient like Charlie. It’s nice to find a company today, that cares about their product and customers, especially the older generation that is not tech savvy. Will surely use Precision again and recommend them to others.

My garage door spring broke after-hours. I was able to schedule an appointment online that night for the next day between 10-12. Dalton and Charlie called me when they were on their way, they were at my home at 10:15 (which I really appreciated how on time they were). My garge door became inoperable due to a broken spring. I contacted Precision and scheduled a repair. The technician, Dalton, arrived on time after notifying me that he was on the way. The door was assessed and an estimate for the repair was provided. Dalton explained the repair, the prices for the parts and added a few suggestions. All needed parts were available on the service vehicle. There was no high pressure salesmanship and the repairs were completed in under an hour. Dalton obviously knows his business, was professional, respectful, and friendly. This was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and Dalton. Today I received a phone call from your Garage Door Precision Service representative. He told me there expected time of arrival. Bradley and Armold arrived right on time. I spoke with Arnold and explained how the garage door and remotes were operating intermittently. Arnold and Bradley found the problem in less than 20 minutes. Arnold explained the problem and the solution to resolve the problem. We discussed what was required for some needed maintenance of both Garage doors. The price was fair and both representatives went to work. The job was accomplished on 55 minutes. Both young men were professional and knowledgeable in the system. Today I have one less problem to worry about. I would highly recommend Garage Door Precision Service. Thank you.

Had a 25 year opener that had the door bracket go bad along with a few other issues. Sometimes, just like with your A/C, it's time to replace rather than repair. Technician Dalton explained my options clearly and did not try to talk us into anything. We updated to a 1/ Horse Power Genie since we have a heavy garage door. Replacement took less than two hours, the technicians truck was stocked with parts to deal with all scenarios. Pricing was reasonable for the market. Precision is a great option for garage door openers.

A really great, professional company! Service available seven days a week, who does that anymore? My garage door main spring broke on a Friday evening and Precision Door came out the next day (on a Saturday) and had it replaced in 30 minutes! The repair tech. that did the work at my home was Dalton and he showed up right when he said he would, was well prepared and very professional, went right to work and had my garage door working again in no time. I am very impressed with this company and will always call them for any garage door repairs in the future.
