My husband and I bought a new garage door opener, and tried to install ourselves, it didn't come with installation paperwork, we watched YouTube videos and looked at the installation manual online but was hard to see on our phone, I called Precision and I am so happy we did! Very happy with our garage door service in the past few years. We had to replace the motor because the builders grade motor was causing endless issues. Dalton (who is awesome) came within 24 hours, replaced the motor, upgraded our springs and done within about 90 minutes. Great service!

A really great, professional company! Service available seven days a week, who does that anymore? My garage door main spring broke on a Friday evening and Precision Door came out the next day (on a Saturday) and had it replaced in 30 minutes! The repair tech. that did the work at my home was Dalton and he showed up right when he said he would, was well prepared and very professional, went right to work and had my garage door working again in no time. I am very impressed with this company and will always call them for any garage door repairs in the future.

When I called because I couldn’t figure out how to finish my weather stripping, these guys helped so much. They sent someone out within about 2 hours and it was fixed in about 45 mins. So glad I called Precision Door Service. Charlie was very pleasant, and informative. He got the job done. I was very pleased with the work. The next day I tried to change the code on the door and was having trouble. Chris came right out, showed me what I was doing wrong. Very helpful and again pleasant and patient like Charlie. My garge door became inoperable due to a broken spring. I contacted Precision and scheduled a repair. The technician, Dalton, arrived on time after notifying me that he was on the way. The door was assessed and an estimate for the repair was provided. Dalton explained the repair, the prices for the parts and added a few suggestions. All needed parts were available on the service vehicle. There was no high pressure salesmanship and the repairs were completed in under an hour. Today I received a phone call from your Garage Door Precision Service representative. He told me there expected time of arrival. Bradley and Armold arrived right on time. I spoke with Arnold and explained how the garage door and remotes were operating intermittently. Arnold and Bradley found the problem in less than 20 minutes. Arnold explained the problem and the solution to resolve the problem. We discussed what was required for some needed maintenance of both Garage doors. The price was fair and both representatives went to work. The job was accomplished on 55 minutes. Both young men were professional and knowledgeable in the system. Today I have one less problem to worry about. I would highly recommend Garage Door Precision Service. Thank you.
