We experienced a lightning strike near our house that zapped our garage door opener. We contacted Precision and they sent Cameron out the next day. He determined that our unit was fried and needed to be replaced. Cameron gave us a couple of options and pricing for replacement. Cameron then had our old unit down and the new unit, including sensors and wall button, installed quickly. He then reprogrammed our old remotes, keypad and both our vehicles. Cameron did great work and was very professional. We will use Precision for any future work we need and will specifically ask for Cameron.

The tech called & was here as sked. He was very professional & knowledgeable about the total operation of my system. He was able to determine what my issue were and resolved them immediately. Service was a 5+ from start to finish.I recieved a quick appoinment. Cameron the tech was wonderful from start to finish. Evaluated the problem. The garage opener needed to be replaced. He explained every step of the process.He was friendly and courteous. He hauled away all of the old materials. After installation he explained and demonstrated the system plus my new key pads. He programed my car opener for me as well. Overall I thought the experience was exceptional.

I chose Precision because I am fed up with my current garage door company. I have had the same issue 3 times. The garage door opener is 3 years old. I should’ve had that many issues with the travel module. The technician that came by was courteous, professional and very helpful.
