Our technician, Andrew arrived early in the time window, called me when he was on the way and provided excellent service. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable . He replaced the springs on our main garage, as well as checking the overall workings. The door is working great. I highly recommend Precision and was very impressed with our service tech, Andrew.
