Our garage door became wedged in the door frame with car in garage. Called Precision mid-morning. I was told that Michael was be here by 2:00 that same day. He arrived 30 min early and introduced himself and reviewed the problem situation. In less than an hour, he had door working properly, lubed the door and tightened another fitting on the chain. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went above the required "fix". The price was very fair for the service call and repair. THX Michael...

Could not be more pleased with the repair and service. Got me scheduled in quickly and tech, Michael G., actually called before arriving and came earlier than expected. He was very professional, explained everything to me, and pointed out some things for better care of the door. Repair was done timely and and he cleaned up after the repair. Great service! The technician was very knowledgeable. He noted that decorative trim had been added to the door making it to heavy for the standard springs (one of which had broken). He installed upgraded springs and the door works perfectly. Highly recommended.
