I scheduled Precision for a 2nd spring estimate. I had used them in South Florida before moving to Fernandina Beach. Our technician, Andrew arrived early in the time window, called me when he was on the way and provided excellent service. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable . He replaced the springs on our main garage, as well as checking the overall workings. The door is working great. I highly recommend Precision and was very impressed with our service tech, Andrew.
