Great service! The technician was very knowledgeable. He noted that decorative trim had been added to the door making it to heavy for the standard springs (one of which had broken). He installed upgraded springs and the door works perfectly. Highly recommended.

Our torsion springs failed with both gas trapped in the garage. We called Precision that evening based on a recommendation from a friend. The next morning Austin arrived, diagnosed the entire system, recommended changes, and completed all repairs within about two hours. My opinion is that Austin is way above average on the professional and competence scales. The 12 year old door has NEVER worked better. This organization is a rarity in today's lackadaisical mechanical service industry. They are not cheap but I can certainly recommend them to anyone that requires garage door service.

Tim called ahead to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was polite, explained everything to me in advance (including cost), and was thorough. He installed a number of new parts to get the door properly balanced and functioning. He also repaired the opener itself and installed a keypad, a sensor and the automatic reverse feature. He even reinforced some structural parts for me at no extra charge. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone -- and I recommend Tim in particular. I hope his bosses see this review.
