When I initially called I was given a window of time for that very same day. Within an hour I received a message from the technician asking if he could come earlier. The repair turned out to be extensive but there was room to negotiate some solutions and the manager approved nearly $500 worth of free rollers with the other work.

Precision Door service installed a new door opener for my mother about 2 years ago and she has been very satisfied with the work and opener. I made an appointment online to have my spring system replaced due to age and it was making unusual noises. Tim Van Buren was my technician and he was great. He actually called and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving, he was able to work with my budget and installed a new spring system with a warranty that works awesome now. He finished the entire job including removing all old parts before the quoted time which was very much appreciated.

Tim and Daniel were early for my appointment. After walking through my issues and inspecting the door, they explained what was needed and provided a detailed quote. They answered my questions and worked quickly when the scope of work was agreed upon. They explained the work done and explained the operation of the new opener. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Would definitely recommend to my neighbors and friends.

I have used Precision several times. But this time was the best! I had a service technician by the name of Tim. What a great experience! Arrived on time, evaluated the situation, gave me an estimation, was courteous, and professional. As he went along we his job he found other things that he brought to my attention at need to me done. Showed me the problems and discussed them with me on my level so I could understand the problem. Then explained things that would wait until another day so I could prioritize them. This is the type of service man that I need in my life! Let's fix the initial problem, and then schedule additional visits for follow up repairs. How refreshing! I hope I can schedule with Tim again. Loved the job he did. Thank you Precision!
