I have owned several homes in the area over the almost 30 years I have lived here. I have learned: garage door issue, Call precision Door first! From replacing cables and door rollers to entire garage door operating systems, the Precision Door techs have taught me how to connect and reconnect the electric eyes as part of my pre and post hurricanes preparations(if you live in a flood zone, you know about electronic eyes)! They come promptly, are professional and respectful. If it’s a garage Door issue: Call Precision Door first!

I had an issue with my LiftMaster garage door operating mechanism. I called Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville and within 6 hours a technician arrived to assess the issue. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable about the operation of the system and was able to address the issue as well as make several improvements. I have no hesitation about recommending this company.

Drew was an excellent serviceman. He explained my system and was an excellent salesman talking me into upgrading my system such as springs, etc. I wasn’t planning to spend over $1,000 but drew convinced to upgrade. He was able to repair my opener and upgrade within a couple hours.

Service exceeded my expectations.Technician Riley arrived slightly ahead of designated appointment time. Riley listened to my three concerns, explained his suggested approach to correction of my issues and proceeded. Work was successfully completed within a very reasonable time and the cost exactly what he presented prior to starting work. Riley was courteous, clean, very well spoken, had the needed parts on his van, explained what he was doing, suggested what I should be doing to help prevent further breakdowns and cleaned up. We needed a minor repair due to power outages caused by Hurricane Helene and Precision response almost immediately. The technician Chad identified the problem and quickly repaired it. Explained the problem Existing unit was broken, needed to be replaced Riley said I need a new motor. (I was thinking when I should set a date for a new motor) I HEAR Riley say, "I have everything in the van. And he said, "I'll print you a quote" Saw the quote, said "yes" 3 hours later, have a new motor, Riley is heading home.
