Our main garage door opener failed us on Friday before the July 4th Holiday weekend. I found Precision covered our area and called and got a same day appointment. The tech Frank was fantastic with the installation of a new opener and had us back in business in short order. Both of our doors were programmed in with both of our vehicles and the remotes. I would recommend Precision highly from my experience and Frank was great to have complete the replacement.

I called you a few hours ago. You came out and fixed the wiring and adjusted my sensors. Door functions as it should. You didn’t try to sell me a new garage door opener, just fixed the one I have. Great service. I have your sticker and phone number by my opener in case I need you again. Thanks for your good honest work!

We only had minor issues with creaks and pops when opening and closing the garage doors that the original company that installed them could not fix. The Precision tech properly adjusted everything and was excellent at explaining what was causing the problem and how it could be addressed. Additionally, he arrived on schedule and was very polite and willing to listen to my concerns.

Frank Cassidy did excellent work installing the new garage door opener. He programed all remotes including my car. Due to my medical condition and age, I have trouble getting around so he set up a chair in the garage for me to watch. He was efficient and I was very impressed with his work. Dan Pressly
