Excellent service from a nice and clean cut young man . I had broken rollers ang selected the lifetime package as the system had some age on it and I did not want another failure in the near future. The serviceman was helpful and showed. E where the problems were and how the were addressed. He also instructed me on how to lubricate it in the future.

My garage door is so quiet and working! I should have called sooner. Andreu immediately identified the issue and completed the repair and tune up in less than an hour. He also called to let me know when he was going to arrive. Received my invoice by email which I appreciate. Great customer service on the phone and in person.

My technician was very polite and courteous, and completed the repair work efficiently. However, I was concerned about all the releases I had to sign which didn't make sense. Another problem occurred after I received my email receipt which has a page showing the items that "failed" but the list doesn't specify whether this failure is before or AFTER the service was done! For example, it shows the sensor failing, which was replaced and no longer fails. But it also shows a center bearing failing, but I was never informed of this failure. The pass/fail list should specify whether it's before or after the services are completed.
