Came out on Memorial Day with no extra charge. The technician Ryan, was personable, knowledgeable, and expert at is work. Broken spring was replaced efficiently. Also had 20-year old opener replaced. Ryan make sensibe recommendations and all work was excellent. He also programmed my car's built-in remote. Ryan explained everything (operation, maintenance, safety features, warranties, etc.) clearly. I recommend Precision without hesitation.

Ryan called and asked if it was okay to come early. He was professional,courteous and efficient. I needed my keypad replaced and two remotes for the cars. I called for service on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could get service within a couple of hours and was told there was no extra charge for weekend service. The service person called before coming and arrived on time. I knew the spring was broken, but he ran a check on the entire assembly, located a problem with the bearing plates and gave me a quote for the entire job. He was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and even waived the service call fee because he had to leave for a short time to replace one of his missing tools. I will definitely use this company again if I need any service in the future. My garage door door now works better than ever!

Our Tech was Michael G. Came to our home on a Sunday, arrived in less than one hour from my call, and did a great job fixing my damaged garage door. Very knowledgeable, explained everything he was going, told me the cost associated with each step, and left 90 minutes later with an operating garage door. Will I call Precision next time??
