Outstanding service! We were having problems with the door staying closed. The appointment was set for between 8:00-10:00. It was refreshing the service tech (Reggie) called and said he would show at 8:00. Reggie quickly assessed the problem and fixed it in no time. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We will definitely use this this company in the future and highly recommend others do too.

Does not offer a free quote/estimate! Website is outdated and no longer offers the "green/lifetime" springs as mentioned on their website here. https://garagedoorsjacksonvillefl.com/garage-door-spring-repair Of course I was not advised of this until after the tech arrived. Online chat was cut short/disconnected while I was typing a response to the agent. Online chat should do a much better job in providing guidance especially if you're NOT going to provide a free quote! Advice to Precision: Update your website, train your chat personnel; otherwise offer free estimates and get rid of your $49 service fee (estimate fee)! Don't use the excuse of there's a plethora of springs as an excuse for not being able to provide an estimate over the phone. My advice if you're shopping around; get on the phone and ask a lot of questions or use an alternate business. 1-Star for getting someone out immediately 1-Start for installation technician's professionalism

I have used the services of Precision for well over a decade. My recent experience, the replacement of two return springs, was classic. I called in the morning around 9. The technician called twice before arrival, which was EARLY! After about one hour on site, problem solved! This is why Precision is my go-to problem solver. Professional, consistent, courteous, prompt, thorough, and friendly define this company. And, over time, it has kept getting better, believe it or not. If you are not satisfied with their work, the problem probably isn't Precision!

Opener stopped working correctly. Called Precision and able to get appointment and Nate arrived and installed a new unit. Removal, install and cleanup done very efficiently and professionally.

We had noticed that our garage control box was failing, from time to time, to open the garage door. (The wireless controller in the car was always working.) 1. We called, and the technician came out. He seemed to do a good overall review. He found a poorly connected wire attached to the back of motor assemble. Unfortunately, he never saw a real failure while he was here. But, it looked like maybe he had fixed it. 2. Within a very few days, we had some more of the same failures (although they were not quite as often as before). 3. So, we called again, and he came out. He had concluded that the problem was in the motor assembly itself, and he said that the only solution was to replace it with a new motor system. So, we had him do that. So far, we have had no more problems since he installed the new assembly. We do also note that the overall noise does seem to be a bit less noisy.
