Dalton was my technician that came out. When I originally called I thought it was something else I need replaced. Dalton was a sweetheart he explained to me my issue he fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. He is definitely a people person we had a great conversation. Thank you so much for fixing my issue with my garage. If any problems I come across in the near future I’ll definitely be calling y’all back and asking for dalton as my technician.

Appointment was 11/14/2022 to replace a broken garage door spring. Reggie Davis was the technician. He showed up on time, actually 15 minutes early, after calling to let me know he was on the way. Reggie explained what needed to be done and the costs involved. He did not try to up-sale me. He was respectful of our property (He had to work around one vehicle that was trapped in the garage) and he showed appropriate concerns about safety. He explained the process of balancing the door to the new springs and he explained what I should do in the future to keep the door working properly. Reggie was very professional and courteous. He is a great representative for Precision Garage Door Service. I would not hesitate to call Precision again, but hopefully not anytime soon. When I was younger I might have tried this as a DIY project but I recognized that this repair could be dangerous and one that was best left to a professional. I am glad that I did.

Reggie Davis would be a credit to any organization but lucky for us he works at precision door. Our garage spring broke Saturday we called around 11:00 and it was repaired by 4:00. No motion was wasted with the work being done quickly with a surgeons precision. The price was a fair price to have my garage up and running the same day.

Saw the Precision Garage Door ad in Mint magazine for the $149 garage door tuneup. I purchased a new garage door from Precision in 2018 and thought it was time for an inspection. Reggie Davis arrived on time and began his inspection. He was impressed that the door was in perfect operating condition, just like the day it was installed. Some minor maintenance / lube and the job was complete. My neighbors noticed Precision was at my house, wanted a few business cards. My neighbors know I do my research when it comes to service, quality, and reputation of the companies I’ve dealt with here in Jacksonville. Thank you for a job well done!

Reggie did a great a job repairing our garage door. New springs, new rollers , pulley’s, etc. picked the 10 year parts, 1 year labor warranty. Reggie adjusted everything and it works great

I needed my garage door opener repaired or replaced. Chad was the worker and I was very pleased with him and his work. He was here promptly on time, he evaluated the garage door and the opener and told me the problem. The unit needed to be replaced. He told me the options and the prices. I made my decision and he got to work. He was done very quickly. He explained how to use everything and made sure I knew how to operate the new equipment. He was polite, respectful and totally professional.
