I had a problem with my garbages door closing. Back on Feb 24 2022 made an appointment. The repairman came tweaked the door senors and ran off. No more than 15 minute. A few weeks later I had the same problem. I was hesitant to call Precision and suffered with the problem. I gave Precision another try and Michael G came over looked at the problem careful and solved the issue. You should train your repairman to follow his work ethics.

Precision garage doors appeared first on Google. I liked the website introduction of the many office locations, the staff with photos, the hours of operation. I called and Shantell scheduled me within the hour. Riley phoned that he was on his way. Riley fixed my old remote from Ryobi within minutes. I did not want to pay for an entirely different brand opener. He worked a long time on my outdoor keypad to no avail. I’m happy with the remote opener working. The staff is prompt, efficient and knowledgeable.

The whole process was great from the telephone call to make the appointment thru the completion of full service on the complete door and all associated parts. The opener was 27 years old and acting up and after discussing the problems with the Technician, Tim V, I decided to have him replace the opener. Excellent installation and is super quiet. I would recommend them to anyone needing any garage door service.

My garage door was broken and as soon as I called Precision, someone answered right away and got all my information and said Frank could get me on his schedule today. He called and was ahead of schedule and was able to come early! He went right to work and had it fixed in no time. My husband was so happy to have it working again. The gentleman was ahead of schedule, contacted me & arrived in a timely manner. He had already assessed the problem before I arrived from work. I decided to replace the entire door so he gave me an estimate on the spot. I had someone from another company come to assess 2 weeks ago & gave me a rough verbal estimate, stated that he would e-mail the final estimate. Not only did he quote me $1500 more than Precision but has not yet to contacted me! I called them yesterday to cancel the estimate. I am so pleased! Cannot wait for my new system! Oh, and the gentleman is so kind & respectful

I called about 10:30AM and was greeted by a young lady who was very nice, said she had an availability to come to my house between 4 and 6 same day, I received a call from Dalton Merritt about 2 o'clock and asked if it was ok to come early. got to the house, addressed the problem gave us a few choices on cost. and then did the work quickly and cleaned up before he left. very polite the entire time and not pushy at all. would recommend Dalton and Precision to anyone. not sure if they are the cheapest but but they are good, fast and fair!!

I had a broken spring that was replaced along with worn cables and bearings. It had been eleven years since the springs were last replaced and with the use my garage door gets that is very good. He knew just what to look for, solved my problem, and then offered to help program my keypad, and both cars. then he offered to tighten up the spring to make the door lighter to do manually. None of that is what he came for, but he just knew everything to do. So happy with his service.

only bright spot was the installer. Spent about $500 on a genie opener that came with ONE remote and is not compatible with my Clicker remote keypad. So have to go buy a remote keypad and another remote. Seems even mid range genie products at home depot have two remotes and a keypad?!?!
