Precision came out the next day after we called and completed the job which included two new springs, rollers and other things in a short period of time. Allen was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about garage doors All in all it was a terrific job done by terrific people. We will use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Hayden was professional and kind and solved the problem of the door not staying closed in just a few minutes. He also relubricated the joints, wheels and bar where the chain runs (sorry, I lack the proper terminology). Thanks for everything!!
