Michael Gavanditti came and quickly saw what was causing our problem. He installed new springs which solved the issue. Michael called to see if we wanted him to come early, which we were happy about. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. Should we need additional assistance, we would request Micheal. Because of people like Michael we will call Pecision for any garage door issues.

I have seen advertisements for Precision but my neighbor recommended this company because she was very happy with the service provided. A 10 am appointment was scheduled and at 9:36 am I received a call to say they were on the way and arrived promptly. After a full examination of my garage door not opening, I was given a few options in full detail. Ryan is a gentleman, very polite and knowledgeable and helpful. We reviewed the options with a full explanation of each so I could make a decision right for my needs and budget.

Needed fast repair. Received fast repair at a very fair price. Frank, the technician was excellent He actually fixed something he was not satisfied with that was done by the initial installer. Attention to detail is sometimes lost these days. Not with him.

Frank cassity was very efficient and discussed the problem with our old unit and when we decided to buy a new unit he explained the difference between the new units without pushing one unit, over the other. 5-star. In your advertising I liked the Saturday at no extra cost. Also it detailed what was included in the nylon roller install. I liked both Gilbert Brown and Wes. I thought they were straight forward and honest. They last company we used the technician used profanity and complained about his job. Also the person on the phone was vague about the cost for services. I did not trust the technician or the company. I will use Precision again if needed.
