Garage door wouldn't open on a Friday night. Remembered seeing ads for Precision Door Service for service 24/7, and we needed someone Saturday. Went online, did "chat" online, and scheduled appt for next day. Service tech, George, called first, then was able to come sooner than promised. Introduced himself, and we left him to check things out. He came back, explained our options and the prices. We decided, and he went ahead with the work. Was finished in about 2 hours, as he said. Cleaned up everything, we paid and had all the paperwork sent to our email. We couldn't have asked for any better service!!

Process could not have been easier: We had decided to replace our 17 year old opener. Call for an appointment. Service tech arrives early. Inspects existing system. Explains options for new garage door openers. Select a system. 45 minutes later system installed. Tech reviewed features of new opener. Pay Tech. Done!

We chatted on line and set up our appointment and they showed up in about an hour. They checked the door out and gave us an estimate. They gave us a good description of what needed to be done. My daughter checked our neighborhoods APP and Precision was highly recommended. Jason was supposed to be my technician, but Austin Mattes stated that he was in the area and he came instead. He identified himself before explaining to me what he had to do. Austin was very professional. He drove a marked vehicle and was in uniform. It was very clear that he knew his job quite well. Jeff the service technician is very professional taking time to clearly explain the difference in garage door openers. He completed installation of opener, remote keypad and door wheels in less time than 90 minute estimate. He went thru keypad and remote setup and usage. Jason was great! My Dad is 96 years old and I felt like Jason was very kind to my Dad. He explained to him what was wrong with the garage door and told him what he was doing to fix it, he also explained that there were some other issues that needed to be addressed (which my dad probably didn't hear half of it) but Jason explained it anyway and then sent me a copy of the invoice along with the recommendations. I'm thankful that you sent someone like him to deal with an elderly man who truly appreciates it (and his daughter too). Jason gets 5 stars from this family. Precision. The word means quality. Precise. Etc. I called at 6am. They had door fixed by 10am. The young man new his craft very well. Garage door repairs are expensive. However, as a home owner if you are not schooled in the mechanics and dangers of messing with them it’s best to leave the work to the experts. Your eyes, fingers, overall well being and life will be the better for it. They can maim you. Or worse. I use my door a lot. I sleep better and have more peace of mind and security knowing that it was repaired properly. I liked the repairman. He was forthright, expert, and very nice. Thank you Precision. For the quality work, parts, and coming right out to do the job.

Thank you for your professional service. I chose you because you offered same day service and were able to get to my location close to the time advertised. Your technician George was very polite and did his best to resolve my issues. It is unfortunate that my craftsman garage door opener‘s or not A brand that you can repair. I felt the house visit cost to $49 was fair given what was done. I’ll certainly keep you in mind if I choose to completely replace an otherwise working opener that has a hiccup in the logic board.
