A metal component near a vertical hinge had rusted through. I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire door. The Precision technician, Drew, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem and informed me that it could be repaired. At my request he also provided me with estimates to replace the entire door and the garage door opener. I elected to repair the door at this time and Drew did an excellent job. I would add that Drew was courteous, efficient and fully explained the repair to me. I would not hesitate to use Precision in the future.

We had the backup battery replaced. The technician also inspected the system and noted the condition of some of the rollers. So, we decided to have them all replaced. The technician was professional and friendly. Excellent work!

It was not so he was able not install a new one immediately. He was fast and efficient and explained everything very thoroughly. Same day service! She gave me a quote over the phone. The Technician gave the same quote at my home. The Tech, went over the complete breakdown and estimate. Hayden the technician did an absolute amazing job. Diagnosed the problem with our panel quickly, and repaired. Hayden also did a general check of the motor, cleans out the motor area, greased all the hinges for the garage door. He also repaired some exposed wires on the sensors. Hayden is very professional.
