I am a long-standing customer with Precision Garage Door service. Recently my garage door was moving erratically when in use. Precision sent technician Tim who investigated the problem and offered 2 options: a repair vs new door. After reviewing both options and discussing with Tim, I decided a repair was in order. Tim worked diligently and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Tim was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I will continue with as a customer with Precision because the team is not only knowledgeable, but the company stands behind its' work. Tim is a great asset to your company.

Had a great experience from Tim Vuren. Extremely quick to get here and very knowledgeable and professional. Called in for a broken spring, but have had other issues that have been ongoing and needed to get fixed. He was able to quickly identify everything else that needed to be replaced and explained everything he was going to do and showed me all the parts that needed to be replaced. Gave options to just replace the spring or if I wanted he could fix everything and listed each in order of priority. Decided to get it all fixed at once and extremely glad I did. The garage door has never worked this well before. Will definitely call again to have him fix the second door when the time comes!

Tim arrived at the time he said he would and did a thorough inspection of the garage door opener system. He pointed out that the spring roller bar was original equipment (now 24 years old) and that while operational it was showing signs of wear and that the springs had already been adjusted to their maximum. He gave me an estimate to replace the roller bar and weight bearing hinges and explained the process completely. Tim was courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his workmanship and his thorough explanations.

Tim did an outstanding job installing our new garage door opener and not only going over everything with us but also going the extra mile and programming both of our automobiles. Being Labor Day I didn't think I would talk to a reprehensive let alone set up an appointment for today but I did and was told Tim would be there at 10am, Sure enough, Tim and Jeff pulled into my driveway at 10am, They surveyed what needed to be done and estimated it would take about two hours. Riley, who did the initial assessment, and Franklin, who did just a great job with the installation. Both of them were super friendly and answered every question I had.
