Made the appointment at 7am online, Tim was there right at the appointment time at 10am, accessed our issue, did not try to upsell me and was great to work with. Fixed it within a few hours, had all the parts and was great to work with. Would call them back any day if issues arise again.

Had a great experience from Tim Vuren. Extremely quick to get here and very knowledgeable and professional. Called in for a broken spring, but have had other issues that have been ongoing and needed to get fixed. He was able to quickly identify everything else that needed to be replaced and explained everything he was going to do and showed me all the parts that needed to be replaced. Gave options to just replace the spring or if I wanted he could fix everything and listed each in order of priority. Decided to get it all fixed at once and extremely glad I did. The garage door has never worked this well before. Will definitely call again to have him fix the second door when the time comes!

Tim arrived at the time he said he would and did a thorough inspection of the garage door opener system. He pointed out that the spring roller bar was original equipment (now 24 years old) and that while operational it was showing signs of wear and that the springs had already been adjusted to their maximum. He gave me an estimate to replace the roller bar and weight bearing hinges and explained the process completely. Tim was courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his workmanship and his thorough explanations.
