The details were entered on computer and reviewed carefully Dalton was very helpful on arriving at costs and discounts Upon selection , repair and replacement parts were in the truck. Exceptional service by Dalton from Precision Garage door service. I strongly recommend this company because they always pick up the phone and the technician comes the same or very next day. This is the second call for me and on both occasions the issue with my garage door was resolved in a timely and professional matter. I’ve called other companies previously and there was only answering service asking to leave msg and “someone will call back in 48 hrs”. It was at 2pm and not a middle of the night I was calling. When your garage door doesn’t operate and your car is stuck, you don’t want to wait 48 hrs just for someone to call you back. Precision Garage door service is the company to go to.

Great professional service performed by Dalton. Dalton discussed and explained each issue and options as work progressed. Recent project initially addressed the need to replace broken springs. Further on-site inspection identified the need to replace addional heavily worn parts and broken garage door chain. Overall project cost was more than expected but l feel it was justified to provide quality longer life parts and safety with my very heavy garage door usage.

I am so happy with Precision Garage door service. Justin and Dalton were great. I backed into my garage door before it was totally opened. They came the same day and were able to fix it at minimal cost to me. Fortunately Precision had fixed my garage door a month earlier. At that time they advised me to replace spring system. My home is fairly new and the builder’s spring system was not high quality. The new spring system prevented major damage. They even reattached the clips on my car that came loose from me hitting the garage door. That saved me a trip to the dealership. I highly recommend Precision Door!!!

I called Precision at 10:30am this morning as my garage door opener, which was only 2 years old was not working. Dalton and Josh arrived at 12:30pm on the same day and were extremely helpful in reviewing the issues with my opener and providing several solutions with the pricing. They were very informative, and I did not feel they were pushing for a bigger sale. I ended up buying a new system and they provided me a discount for the part they were not able to replace in the old system to go against the purchase of a new one. They replaced worn parts on my garage door and with the new system, my door is virtually quiet when it opens and closes.
