I called for an appt. The technician was at my house in 2 hours. He articulated the problems. We agreed on the repairs. It took him about 2 hours for the repairs. Technician was always checking on my satisfaction. This is the 2nd time I've used Precision and would choose no other. Quality plus!

Precision's technician Wes did an excellent job of explaining options available to fix our garage door. Due to the door opener's age we opted to get a whole new opener. His work was thorough and he patiently explained all of the new opener's features. He cleaned up his work area afterward and explained the warranties, etc. Very pleased with the job he did. I called Precision with my door problem on Monday at 4 PM and by 5 PM today the garage had a new opener! Wow! What service!

I called Precision at 2:30 on a Saturday and had a technician here by 4:30. I was very impressed with Wes and his knowledge of what was wrong with my door. He fixed the door expertly and timely. The door works better now then it ever did. Highly recommend this company!

The tech that came out was great. He explained everything that was needed to be done and did a good job fixing our problem. Wes came out and diagnosed the issue I was having with my garage door and set to work immediately fixing it. He explained the problem and did maintenance on the door, educating me in the process. Wes also found a loose connection that was making the door rattle and fixed that. He was pleasant and efficient, and made the job look like fun.

Great job by Wes. Spring broke around 9am - couldn't get garage door opened to get the car out. Contacted Precision Doors via their web site, and within minutes, received a phone call scheduling an appt between 4 and 6 that same day! Wes called and let me know he could come earlier so by 4:30 pm - I had a working garage door, working better and quieter than before. Everything was fully explained, options given. These guys are great ! I'd highly recommend

The technicians where both product knowledgeable as well as honest. They where a pleasure to do business with. No pressure selling. They replaced the garage door springs, confirmed all other mechanisms where working properly and did not need replacement. They provided options with the quality of packages to choose from. We called another garage door company. They said the springs needed to be special ordered and we needed to get 4 for a cost of close to $400.00. We had an appointment Friday between 9-10. by noon we had not heard anything so I called the service tech. He said the office was supposed to call and cancel because they were not able to order them. I called PRECISION and with in 1 hour and 30 min 2 of their technicians was at my house, had the product to fix my garage door in their truck, for 1/3 or more the cost, fix my garage door and was on their way and I am a happy man. PRECISION you are awesome Thank you John
