The technicians where both product knowledgeable as well as honest. They where a pleasure to do business with. No pressure selling. They replaced the garage door springs, confirmed all other mechanisms where working properly and did not need replacement. They provided options with the quality of packages to choose from. We had to have spring etc repaired and called precision. They came on time. The techs name was Wes. He was professional, courteous and thorough. The customer service was a great experience with this young man. Answered all our questions ! Couldn’t be more pleased !

We called another garage door company. They said the springs needed to be special ordered and we needed to get 4 for a cost of close to $400.00. We had an appointment Friday between 9-10. by noon we had not heard anything so I called the service tech. He said the office was supposed to call and cancel because they were not able to order them. I called PRECISION and with in 1 hour and 30 min 2 of their technicians was at my house, had the product to fix my garage door in their truck, for 1/3 or more the cost, fix my garage door and was on their way and I am a happy man. My garage door main spring snapped on Sunday. I couldn't get door open or cars out. Called Precision and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She tried to get someone out Sunday but they were fully booked. She scheduled for Monday 12-2. Monday at 10 Wes arrived. He opened the door looked over the door a recommended what was needed to fix it. There was no pressure, very professional he replaced the springs, rollers, cables and rebalanced the door. He even replaced a light bulb on the door opener. Was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended their service. He told us what to look for in terms of maintenance going forward. When he left all our questions had been answered. Will use this company again!first class.

Precision Door was awesome from start to finish. Called them when my garage door wouldn't close. They couldn't get a tech out that night but put me on the schedule first thing in the morning. Tech called me when he was on his way. Wes was my tech and he explained what was wrong with the garage and what my options were for repair with and without warranty. Very prompt and courteous service on a broken spring. I called Sunday and the service appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. The technicians called 30 minutes before their arrival and were here at 8:00. They presented me the various options and prices before starting the work. They decided that the first pair of springs they installed were not quite strong enough, so they removed them and replaced with a heavier pair. They checked for proper door balance and operation and were finished in about an hour. I am completely satisfied.
