My garage door spring popped this morning and since I have used Precision in the past, I gave them a call again. They were able to send a technician out within a few hours. Tim was our technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to do the repair in about an hour or so and did a great job. I called Precision because, my friend and I tried putting in my new garage door opener and everything when according to the directions but, something got jammed and the opner wouldn't move up and down so i decided to call precision thinking we royally screwed things up. The technician that came out to my home was Tim Van Vuren. When he walked into the garage and hit the garage up and down button, the opener just hum. Tim said we're going to have to take all of this down take it apart and put it back up... What he actually did was tighten 4 bolts that didn't need yo be tighten but, i guess he was trying to kill time. He shorten the brackets that held the unit, he put in the new sensor, 8 staples and loosen something on the motor. This took less than 15 min and this man wanted to charge me the full $ 200.00 for an actually full installation and wiring. I had Tim call his office because, he was trying to pull one over on me because, I'm a woman. Little did he know, I'm a woman whose mechanically knowledge. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone... PLEASE BE AWARE... THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY

Great service, explanation, and information regarding the repair ony garage. Very helpful with educating me on the type of garage and materials used as well as recommendations for a better long term solution. Also was flexible with us being late to arrive at our house after the scheduled time due to our kids football game. Would highly recommend the two technicians and Precision to friends and neighbors. My wife referred someone else from our neighborhood to Precision just a few minutes after the technicians left our house.

Quick call back, prompt service, actually arrived before the time stated, a rarity these days. Tim and his assistant diagnosed the problems with our opener quickly. All issues were resolved and work completed within 1/2 hour and the price was reasonable. Would contact Precision again and I recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

I had Precision Door Service come out today to check a garage door that wouldn’t open on its own. Tim the service tech arrived at the promised time and was very polite and professional.
