Needed broken torsion spring replaced (Sunday). My usual service company couldn't fit me in until Friday. Precision came out early Monday afternoon and got me squared away. Wow, these folks are great! I called because the motorized garage door stopped working. They had technicians out the same day, and it turned out to be a major job--15 year old system, very heavy doors, lots of worn out parts that made the doors very noisy to operate. Four hours later and we had two new door openers, all remotes synched, doors balanced, and a completely quiet operation. Our techs, led by Tim, were professional, polite, knowledgeable, hard-working, helpful, and just got it done! Just excellent service at a reasonable price.

I needed a new garage door and opener. Called Precision since I had seen your commercials and I live near you. You took my call on Saturday which was great. Service call to check the door was prompt and technician was very courteous and knowledgable. Garage door and opener were replaced in two days by two great technicians. Only took them a couple of hours. They were both great guys and answered all my questions. I could not be happier with the work they did and they even cleaned up afterward. I wish the price was a little higher than I expected but I understand how costs are rising and that garage doors are sometimes hard to get. I will be calling you again for anything I may need in the future.

I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I can’t say enough good things about, Tim, our technician. Our appointment time was between 2-4.
