I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I can’t say enough good things about, Tim, our technician. Our appointment time was between 2-4. He called letting me know he would be a few minutes early. Perfect! He explained the options and had our door fixed within 45 mins. We didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered. Tom was very easy to talk with and took the time to answer my questions. We definitely recommend Precision Doors and Tim.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and installed a new garage door opener in about an hour. Installed new guide wheels and cleaned up all the packing and debris. Tim was very courteous and professional. He called about 30 minutes before arriving to confirm his arrival time and he arrived exactly 30 minutes later. I needed a new garage opener and he took the time to explain the operation of the new opener as well as the online features associated with it. I'd recommend them for anyone with an issue with their garage door opener.

My garage door spring broke trapping my vehicle inside. Precision Door did a great job when company technicians repaired my garage door opener about three years ago. I called for an appointment and immediately was given one that afternoon. The technicians showed up thirty minutes early and completed the work in about an hour. Excellent response and workmanship both times.

They are the only Garage Door Service I will use! I couldn't be happier with the two service techs that fixed my garage door today. They were kind, respectful, ahead of schedule, called for permission and worked together. They explained the estimate, waived the service call fee, upsold to a better replacement package with a 5 year warrantee. And finished the job in record time!

Had a broken spring on Sunday and used the chat feature on their website to schedule an appointment. They were able to come first thing Monday morning, Tim called 30 min before to tell me he was on his way. He inspected the spring and recommended upgrading the springs and the other 5 components of the garage door, he gave me prices to just fix the spring and the total upgrade and explained why it would be best to upgrade. Amazing the difference in the garage door. I am very cautious when dealing with repair companies, but Tim did a great job in explaining the needed repairs. Great Job!

Tim Van Vuren was an excellent technician and I have no complaints of his service, performance or professionalism. He arrived on time, was very polite and attentive to my questions. I scheduled Precision to repair my 4 year old steel shed’s detached 16x8 garage door which suffered damage from tension resets due to power outages. The repair was superb and my detached garage door, which was chain operated worked better then new. it was so much quieter when Tim finished the job. The cost of that job was very reasonable, so I asked him to take a look at my noisy attached 16 year old home garage door which had never been serviced. He provided reasonable recommendations which included a new life master belt driven motor and other mechanical replacement parts which turned my garage into a like new extremely quiet system. Tim had everything he needed for the repairs on his truck. I didn’t need to reschedule for the home garage repair. Everything was done that one visit and both jobs took only about 2.5 hours. I am very pleased with the work and cost of the upgrades. I highly recommend Tim & Precision Garage Doors of Jacksonville!
