Hi, I am Nate. I’m from a small town in Southwest Georgia. I moved to Jacksonville a year and a half ago and really like it here. I love fishing, hunting and pretty much and outdoors. I have one dog that is half Golden Retriever and half Great Dane but 100% a mess. I love working on homes and fixing problems. I take pride in what I do and doing good work.

Top tier service straight out the gate! I was in desperate need of their service. Our family had to leave our home due to new floors being done in our home and all of sudden the garage went out. I called/text in a panic by noon they were there to save the day like a super hero. I write very few reviews but, this goes above and beyond in my opinion. This morning my garage decided not to open no more than a foot! Being a tech type of a person I normally jump to solve the problem, but today I made the best decision I could have made and called Precision. Great customer service during scheduling, and at 10:00 am my technician Nate was at my home. He was very knowledgeable made me feel at ease with his explanations. He was very well prepared with everything he needed on his truck for different situations , completed his job, performed a walkthrough and briefed me properly. Thanks Precision and Nate for your outstanding service.

Precision has always been our go to for garage door needs, and again they did not disappoint. I was on my way out to run an errand and the garage door would not close. After doing some troubleshooting and no resolution, I decided to call Precision, and they came out with in an hour. Nate and Kyle were very professional, they did a diagnosis and explained what needed to be done. Needless to say, my motor was beyond repair. My new Genie was installed, and Nate showed me everything I needed to know about the system. They were right on time, and I give them a 10-star rating!!

I have used Precision Door over the years to replace springs, install a new door and opener and make adjustments. They are always available within 24 hours.
