Hi, I am Nate. I’m from a small town in Southwest Georgia. I moved to Jacksonville a year and a half ago and really like it here. I love fishing, hunting and pretty much and outdoors. I have one dog that is half Golden Retriever and half Great Dane but 100% a mess. I love working on homes and fixing problems. I take pride in what I do and doing good work.

Responsive, prompt and courteous service. Our service technician, Nate, is excellent. He quickly diagnosed our garage door's problems, efficiently went to work, and quickly corrected the issue, while explaining what and why at every step of the process. The Safety Report he provided afterwards detailed and informative. We will definitely call Precision when we need garage door service again in the future. We recently moved into our new home and had an issues with our garage door keypad. I called Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville and a service appointment was scheduled for the next day! The Service Technician (Nate L.) called in advance to confirm the appointment and let me know he was on the way. Nate did a great job in addressing the issue with our key pad, performed an evaluation on the operation of our garage door, and offered preventive maintenance tips to ensure long-term operability. We had our garage springs and coils get into a fight with an electric cord and I thought we were totally in for it. Precision got our tech, Nate, out within 18 hours of the call. Nate was super knowledgeable, explained what went wrong and what would need to be fixed, as well as pricing before working. Based on the low price we also asked for a quote and wound up replacing our old garage opener with a belt led silent opener. Nate set more than proper expectations for the level of noise to go down, and we were blown away by just how silent our system is now! I also appreciate Nate sharing that I shouldn’t WD40 my garage door #firsttimebuyerproblems. We were referred by our neighbor and would refer others to precision!
