Hi, I am Nate. I’m from a small town in Southwest Georgia. I moved to Jacksonville a year and a half ago and really like it here. I love fishing, hunting and pretty much and outdoors. I have one dog that is half Golden Retriever and half Great Dane but 100% a mess. I love working on homes and fixing problems. I take pride in what I do and doing good work.

I came home on a Friday after work and motor on garage door opener seized up and wouldn't open. At 5pm I called and they made appointment for 8am Saturday and showed up at 8am. The motor was under their lifetime warranty and only paid $69 for service call. They were prompt and friendly.

Technician arrived on time as promised. A new bracket to attach the rail to the wall was installed, the spring was adjusted and the door was lubricated - basically the door and opener were given a tuneup. My questions were answered and there was no hard sell. The process to a bit less than 1 hour. I would recommend the company..

Wow, we were so surprised when Nate, from Precision technician showed up the same day we called for an appointment and not only gave us a very reasonable estimate for repairs but also had all the parts to complete the work the same day! The technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and based upon his analysis went straight to the heart of the problem and fixed it. Openers and opening mechanisms work like new. I called about lunch time and had a new opener installed before 5 that same evening. Nate knows his stuff and is a genuine pleasure to work with.

Replaced spring and cable for the garage door. On time arrival, surveyed what work to be done. Inspected the status of the garage door as well as the unit for garage door opener. Noticed that the railing is all bent (probably) the cause of the broken spring. Advised to open and close garage door manually vice using wall mount garage door opener or hand held opener. Advised also that since the unit still is under warranty to call the manufacturer for replacement of the rail. Nate Lewis was very thorough in his assessment of the task and then some. He explained to me what work to be done in order to have an understanding of the job itself. Very thorough and meticulous in what has been tasked. Definitely if and when another door garage maintenance or replaced, I will be without hesitation recommend Precision to do the work.
