In our three-car garage, the small door experienced a broken spring and cables after 17 years in service. The same thing occurred with our large door last year. Both times I contacted Precision. They were very flexible with scheduling at my convenience, and both times sent expert technicians to diagnose and correct the problem. The two technicians, Nate Lewis and Hayden Saari were professional, polite, informative and had the expertise to complete the job. It is not an inexpensive repair, but both honored Precision coupons available, and the springs have a10-year warranty. Definitely recommend Precision for new door opener systems or repairs.

There are many Garage door repair companies in Jacksonville, FL, but this Company Reigns above them all. I gave them a call on the phone and not 30 minutes later they showed up at my home. Same day service! She gave me a quote over the phone. The Technician gave the same quote at my home. The Tech, went over the complete breakdown and estimate. They also have a great warranty with their work. The Technician was done in 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door, very respectful and kind. My garage door’s spring and cables snapped around 3:00 pm. I called and the technician was at my door at 4:00 pm. The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed in layman’s terms. He gave me a list of what needed to be done starting with the most important down to least. He explained each and I told him yes or no. If I need any further repairs, I want that technician!

Very professional and on time! Just two years ago we hired a different garage door repair company. The pricing was very comparable however, we were not aware used 3 year old springs were installed at the time. I guess we made the assumption the company was on the up and up and only new materials/parts were being installed. One of the used springs recently broke, and this time we called Precision Door Service. What a relief to have a reliable A+ rated on BBB service the door this time. My neighbor recommended Precision. I called when my opener failed right in the middle of our "cold snap" and made an appointment for the next business day. Came out the same day that we called. the service rep was very professional. Asked questions about what was going on with the garage door, how long we had it. What problems/ repairs we had before . Went in the garage and inspected the door. He was very thorough. After the inspection. He explained to us what had to be done and why it had to be done. He explained the total cost of the repairs. He said that he had all the equipment, parts to do the repairs with him. We approved . He started working right away. Excellent job.
