We have used Precision Overhead Door in the past to replace the springs and were pleased with the service. When our 20+ year old door opener went out, we called to have it evaluated for repair or replacement. Hayden was very thorough in his evaluation and recommended replacement, which we did. We also decided to replace the 38-year-old garage door. Dan did the installation of the door as soon as it came in. As with Hayden, he arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up the area when done. Both techs were knowledgeable, personable and thorough.

Prompt and professional! Had a tech by the name of Hayden Saari over a few hours after I called. Hayden was an expert of his craft, able to diagnose the issue and overcome some fairly substantial difficulties due to the construction of my garage door tracks as far as access goes. The technician who serviced our replacement of our outside garage pad was excellent. Hagan inspected the system explained the unit was covered under warranty replaced it with a new one. He also pointed out that the rollers needed replacement and the rubber on the bottom of the door was also worn out . He replaced every thing and tested all components . Great service at dece

Hayden came out yesterday (03/29/2024) to do routine maintenance on our door and to assess the trim on the outside. He was friendly and efficient and completed his work in a timely manner. He made recommendations regarding the replacement trim and the upkeep on the door itself. He sent us an email detailing everything that he went over with us. He did a great job! We were quite pleased!

I called for help programming the Homelink system in my car to the garage door opener. Seemed simple but apparently was not... Precision sent a technician (Hayden) out the same day who resolved the issue. In addition he answered programming questions regarding the outside keypad that opens the door and completed a safety checklist for the door opening system. Called mid morning for service on our garage door that would not open. Advised that technician’s arrival time was between 2 and 4. Hayden arrived at 2:45, quickly diagnosed and explained to us the problem. While performing the service (new springs) he did a check of the entire door, he pointed out other issues that needed attention. After entire job was done he went over everything in detail. Advised if we had any issues to call. We were extremely pleased with the work he performed. Would highly recommend Percision to others. Hayden also deserves KUDOS for a job well done.

Our daughter’s car was broken into at FSU over the weekend. The thieves had rifled through the glove box so had our address and the only thing taken (as she keeps nothing of value in car) was the garage door opener. I called Precision and they had a service technician out within the hour. Hayden reprogrammed our doors, remotes, keypad and a car AND did a free courtesy inspection and lube. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend!
