Hayden was like the superman of the garage door biz. He showed up very quickly, extremely polite. It took him no time to diagnose and fix. I called last minute and this company, and Hayden came through. I would highly recommend them if you are in need.

Hayden Saari was my service technician and was fantastic. It turned into a two day job and Hayden thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each job. First day was a broken spring door repair , then a new garage door opener was installed a few days later after Hayden explained why that would be the best option. Through the entire process Hayden was a true professional . Purchased springs , rollers, and a new garage door opener with sensors, remotes , and a wall mount remote. Again, very informative as well as personable, plus a great listener. On top of all that, he knows his product line and worked out a fair and reasonable deal for the work done . Great guy and a great salesman! Highly recommend Hayden and Precision Garage Door

Hayden came out and did a tune-up/inspection and spring tightening on my garage door. He took his time to educate me on what was causing issues with my garage door (heavier than normal door, builder grade rail, small motor, friction points). He was very professional and kind and made the whole process easy.

Used your service about 5 years ago, and my husband was very pleased. Though he has since passed, I rely on the companies and advice he left us. Your agent was on time, advised me of the process and gave me a price after his evaluation. Thank you, we are very pleased. Lizzie McIver

Hayden and Precision Garage Door were amazing, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door work. They offered same-day service and did an excellent job communicating both their arrival time and the work being performed. Before any repairs were made, Hayden walked us through all available options without any pressure. He helped us find the best solution for our situation, and the repair was completed in about an hour. It’s great to support a local business—I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future. Thank you!

We are repeat customers for Precision. We had them install a garage door in our prior home. They responded quickly to our request for service today. Hayden, our technician, was excellent. He explained what was happening, what our options were and the benefits of each option. He worked quit, explained again what he had done. He was friendly, professional and detail oriented.
