Terrific Service. Hit the side rail of the garage door with a car and bent it off. Called at 1245. Colt arrived a little after 2 right on time!! Fixed the problem, did a check on the whole door system, fixed a few other things, and it works great!!!! Awesome company -- highly recommend it. ASK FOR COLT!!

The day after Christmas 2023 our large garage door stopped working. It was clearly broken. I called Precision and they came out the same day. Colton Coffell was our technician. I had problems with my garage door opener for a while. Another company put in a new opener but the problems still occurred. The company was rude to me and could not help without a promise of more money up front. I saw the add for Precision in the Mint magazine. When I called I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was able to get a tech to me the same day. The young man was pleasant, timely, and precise. When I described the symptoms he knew exactly what the solution should be. He corrected the problems and made sure everything was working, including my car remote. Very pleased with the service. Colt showed up exactly to the minute. I explained exactly what happened and he examined my garage door and immediately told me the price and fixed immediately. I did tell him that I had tried to fix and he was very polite. Very Professional, started immediately and fixed quickly. Value price. If all your technicians are as good as Colton you will have much Success. I would give Colt six stars. And if I have similar problems you will be my first Call!

My home was well built in 2012, but in 2017 I decided (after a couple of bad storms) that I wished to have a more hurricane protective garage door. After doing online searching, I chose Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville--and I have not regretted that decision. Many visitors have commented on the door's quiet operation. The installation was flawless--professional, courteous, efficient, and well documented for me. I have only needed two service calls (and one was for technology upgrade) and both were accomplished in a timely, expeditious, and thorough manner. I called this morning to schedule an appointment. It so happened they could come out the same afternoon. The young man that came out was very courteous as I explained my situation as the caregiver for my wife and that I wasn't sure if I had the time right then for the service. He explained what he needed to do, that it wouldn't take that long and for me to take my time in what I needed to do. And he kept his promise. Everything was done and explained to me and I couldn't have been more pleased. Granted, my issue wasn't a critical repair, but it was important to me that it be addressed. Excellent communication via phone and email with the office. Kudos to Precision Door!
