Our garage door wasn’t responding correctly when using the remote from the car nor from our unit in the garage late in the afternoon, after hours. I read reviews online for multiple companies and decided to use Precision based on the many positive comments. Even though they were closed I received a response almost immediately informing me a technician would be at the house by 8pm. Colton arrived less than an hour after I left my message. My husband and I were impressed by the timely response and arrival of Colton. He is a very knowledgeable and professional technician who explained everything he was changing/updating in a manner I was able to understand. The Genie Safety Eyes needed to be replaced. I was also pleased by the cost, I was expecting a much higher bill. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs. Great business with great employees!

A precision technician was servicing a neighbor's garage door. I had to same tech stop & service our door. With an opener destroyed by a lightening storm I called Precision again because of the quality of the tech from a few years back. Another tech this time but, the same outstanding service. From first contacting you a few days ago through the service being completed today we were very satisfied with the work completed. The person that took my call on Wednesday was courteous and asked all the right questions. We even had the opportunity to have service on that day. We opted for a few days later. Colton was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. As soon as he started the project you could tell Colton "knew his stuff". He did a great job and we are very pleased. Initially we were looking for roller replacement and weather stripping replacement. He also found a frayed cable which obviously had to be replaced too. Friday evening the garage door spring broke in half. Saw several ads for precision. Checked their reviews, which were 5 stars. Went on line and scheduled afternoon appt for the next day (Saturday). They showed up on time. Evaluated what needed to be done to fix garage door for optimum service. Price was reasonable. Technician explained everything needed in detail and why needed.
