Precision Garage Door was recommended by my bro-in-law who had a new door replacement a few years ago and has NOT had a problem. My project was to replace existing motor and replace springs. The technician actually called to see if he could come earlier than appt. and we agreed. He finished project in about 1 1/2 hrs. Very professional, personable and explained all details of work to be done. It's a 5*****!

Had two new garage door openers installed today. New springs, cables & rollers as well. My technician was top notch. I found Precision thru Angie’s List but once my friend raved about them I made decision to hire. It was originally for an estimate/service call, but I decided at that time I wanted the replacement & he did the work right then & there!!!! AWESOME!!!!

Previous satisfied customer brought me back when I had a part problem. Service the same day as I called, here on time and went right to work solving my problem. Came prepared. Inquired if I wanted a quote on a new door due to the age and previous problems. Gave me a ball park which is all I wanted at the time. When it's time for replacement, I will call Precision and continue to use them in the meantime when I have a need.

My technician gave me a courtesy 30 minute call ahead and arrived right on time. He was friendly, courteous and informative on how to fix my issues. Placed call just after 9am Saturday. Told that tech would be there between 10 and 12. Got call in 5 minutes that tech was 5 minutes away. Evaluated problem and suggested new opener due to age of current opener. new opener quickly installed be tech Alan. during replacement of seal on bottom of garage door tech accidentally broke light lense on motor scooter. He went on line and found vendor selling replacements and credited invoice for replacement cost. Alan was pleasant, efficient and most of all honest. We greatly appreciate the quick response. No questions as to who we will call for service on our garage door in the future.
