Called Precision Door around 10 AM after our 15 year old Genie screw-drive garage door opener finally died making a grinding sound like a garbage disposal trying to eat silverware. Got a 2 PM appointment same day and technician Alan H. showed up promptly. Had already priced garage door openers on Lowes website so knew they'd charge around $450 with install and I'd probably be waiting several weeks. Alan offered a PDS800 belt drive unit for $438 and said it'd take about an hour to install. I immediately took him up on offer. Sure enough he was done in an hour and even helped me code the new remotes and keypad. Unit is the quietest garage door opener I've encountered (almost dangerously quiet!). Very satisfied.

I was searching Google for a company to fix my garage door issues, when I saw your commercial on Channel 4. The appointment was made a couple of hours later and the technician (Alan Harp) was even early. Although he gave me a lot of bad news, he was patient enough to allow me and my wife to discuss and decide on the proper course of action. When it was time to work, he attacked the job and was finished in no time. He even made sure to do a good clean up when he finished.
