Family members have used Precision, but I never had to...until Friday when our garage door decided to stay down. I called at 8:45 am, and a repair pro was at my door at 11:30 am. Awesome, very knowledgeable service. Bought new high-end LiftMaster opener and replaced 13 yr old worn out parts. Alan did a fantastic job first explaining all my options then after I decided on a repair/install path he was excellent getting the job done in less the 90 minutes. Highly recommended. The customer service was excellent and the repairman was very well experienced. I was very impressed with everything he did... my old garage door opener was 17 years old and wore out.. i got a new garage door opener with 2 remotes and a sensors and wall mounted operer and a new touch pad and new rollers too... now it is super quiet and efficient... I couldn’t be more satisfied!! The reason I chose you was the fast service you provide... same day service as my phone call... i did call others that could not be here when needed.. I also got veterans discount... Much appreciated!!! It was a lot of money but you do have pretty good warranty also... hopefully it will last a long time!!! Thank you!!! Cathy

I am Very Very Pleased with the response time and the workmanship performed! You do not realize the importance of your garage door until it doesn't work.... I called Precision Door Service off of a sticker on my neighbors garage door from a previous service call he had and they had a repair man at my house within 2 hours. Your tech, Alan, called in advance, just like I had requested he do as he was heading to our house. He stated that he was running 'early', and actually asked if it was okay to arrive prior to his scheduled appointment time. (You are sitting down reading this, right?!?) Once he arrived and surveyed the problem (broken spring), he called me back with two estimates; one with a cheaper alternative in cost. I'm the one who chose the higher priced spring, not Alan, with the longer warranty. Within the hour, he and his helper were done, door tested, and verified everything was in good working order. All of the broken materials had been removed, and the area had been swept. These type repairs are never budgeted for, nor are they cheap by any means, but when you receive the options up front, and the service provided by your company every step of the way, it makes spending this amount of money on a garage door repair that much more palatable. Thanks for providing myself and my wife today a truly pleasurable Customer Service experience!

After calling several garage door companies and nobody ever actually showing up, I called Precision Doors and actually talked with a live person on phone. I explained my situation and knowing that it was a weekend, she explained that they would be available to help the next day. I scheduled time and was surprised shen the technician called and ask if we were available for him to come earlier. The technician came inspected my door made recommendations and actually had everything on his truck for the service. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a service company, the technician was so helpful and didn’t try to sell products we didn’t need.

My technician was vary professional and did really good work. Start to finish 18 min. But $266.46 to put a cable back on and adjust the pulley was vary overpriced.

Called Precision for an appointment and received requested response. Very courteous treatment. Next day Technician Alan Harp called 1/2 hour prior to appt. time and was at our home by 8:30. Analyzed the problem, explained all aspects of situation and gave recommendation and itemized Estimate. We took his expert advice and not only replaced the broken springs but replaced and upgraded our door opener! Alan's proficiency was amazing. We are extremely impressed and pleased with both Alan and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Would definitely recommend!
