My garage doors were over 21 years old and we had been having some issues with one of them. Hayden came out and assess the problem but with the units being over 20 years old replacing parts was not something I wanted to do, so Hayden gave me some options of going with a new unit and short time frame it would take him to install it. After replacing the old units we are happier with how much quieter and faster the new units are.

The garage door and installation went great. The partial financing we did was and still is a disaster. The technician and office manager (Michelle) said it was 12 months no interest. I received a call from a rude lady stating we had not responded to her emails to sign the financing paperwork. In reviewing the emails, this email was sent in a "NO-REPLY" email. When we reviewed the document it said 6 months no interest. The finance company and Precision point the finger at the each other. "We can't change it, they have to". When I reached out to Precision today, they told me I selected the 6 months option on the initial application, which is not true, the only fields to be completed are demographics. Since that didn't work, they referred me back to the finance company. Today they said Accounting was the only one that could help, pointing in a new direction. Of course, I could not speak to anyone, guess they need time to look for someone else to point the finger at.

Everything about Precession was top notch. The initial sale consult with Mark and his trainee Matt was awesome. I asked for quotes on an insulated steel Haas 664 and full view Amarr Vista. Mark listened to what I was wanting to do and then shared his ideas. Enjoyed chatting with Matt, you could tell he was eager to learn. In the end went with the full view Amarr doors and very happy I did. High quality, beautiful doors! Mark was the only sale guy when he quoted me wanted to ensure that my framing and padding was installed correctly before ordering the doors. He wanted to ensure the install would be perfect. He was a no pressure, no bs guy, very laid back which matched my style. Once the doors were ordered, I had a few questions and Ariel communicated with me quickly when I emailed her. The installation crew was great. Dan and Ronnie were top notch. Blow away at how quickly they had the doors installed. This was a brand new install for two doors and they were done in 3 hours. Once they were installed Michelle in finance was very kind and helpful as well. The doors and service was top notch, but the price was thousands less than competitors. All in all, I am extremely happy I decided to call Precision. Added update photos on 1/6/2026 that show the final install and the reflective film installed on the windows.

Great, fast service and my door works like new. Easy to schedule and came out same day on Saturday. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I found one of the old bolts to the ORB on my garage floor afterward so my only critique would be to be more cautious of that to prevent flat tires. Thank you for the great experience!
