Chad was our technician. I explained what I was looking for and he listened very well. He explained everything thoroughly with the options we could have as well as possible maintenance issues. We ended up purchasing a new garage motor and keypad. He had the products on the truck and was able to install it right then. I could not get the remote to close my garage door, it would open, just not close the door. We called your business and a couple hours later, a technician arrived and fixed the problem The garage door was still under warranty and so there was no charge for the service call. Speedy service and fixed the issue, now the door operates correctly. Chad Martin was our service technician and was courteous and fixed the problem in a timely manner.Thank you Precision Garage Door!

Contacted three companies on a Saturday morning regarding a garage door damaged by collision. Precision was the only one with a first-contact human being to speak with.
