I called @ 9:00am to see if a same day appointment was available and they had one between 10:00 - 2:00 on a Friday. Chad called and said he was shred of schedule and he arrived shortly after 9:30. All I needed was a faltered remote synced to my opener. It had just stopped and wouldn’t sync for me using the procedure. It was a known issue from Genie, the remote was operable and I was all set within the hour! Chad was professional, courteous and friendly! I have had nothing but great service from Precision!!

My garage doors were over 21 years old and we had been having some issues with one of them. Hayden came out and assess the problem but with the units being over 20 years old replacing parts was not something I wanted to do, so Hayden gave me some options of going with a new unit and short time frame it would take him to install it. The garage door and installation went great. The partial financing we did was and still is a disaster. The technician and office manager (Michelle) said it was 12 months no interest. I received a call from a rude lady stating we had not responded to her emails to sign the financing paperwork. In reviewing the emails, this email was sent in a "NO-REPLY" email. When we reviewed the document it said 6 months no interest. The finance company and Precision point the finger at the each other. "We can't change it, they have to". When I reached out to Precision today, they told me I selected the 6 months option on the initial application, which is not true, the only fields to be completed are demographics. Since that didn't work, they referred me back to the finance company. Today they said Accounting was the only one that could help, pointing in a new direction. Of course, I could not speak to anyone, guess they need time to look for someone else to point the finger at.
