Precision Door Service came through for my door again. A lift cable on my garage broke. I called Precision at 10:30a on a Thursday,and they were at my house at 12:30p. Devin Malle quickly assessed the door problem and advised me that all of the work would be covered under warranty. Devin was very personable as well as professional and quickly fixed the problem. I did also recommend Precision Door to my neighbor, including Devin, and my neighbor did use Precision Door for his specific needs. 5 STARS for Precision Door Service and 5 STARS for Devin Malle!

My service experience with you company was outstanding!! Your service technician Daimien arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem. He worked diligently and made some recommendations on work that needed to be done; howeve, I was not pressured to do any repairs that I did not want. He was cordial and very helpful. Our garage door quit working and a very polite, knowledgeable technician came out to fix it. A screw had come loose and got caught so the door would not go up or down all the way. He put a new screw in, replaced the rubber bottom and the cables (at no charge). He did a great job in a very timely manner. Very polite!

Garage opener Assist spring was repaired. We noticed the garage door was broken and within approx 2 hours of noticing the breakage, Precision had 1) answered my call on a Saturday night, 2) sent a technician to my residence, and 3) had the garage fully repaired and serviced in that SHORT time frame. I was frankly AMAZED with the service and will strongly recommend the company if the repair doesn't fail, which there is no indication that it will. Rated 5 Stars. The Technician was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. The experience was a pleasant surprise. Precision was the first option via Google Search, which is why they were my first and only call for service.

Very prompt and diagnosed and fixed all in same day that I called for service. Life time warranty was a good thing to have and they even washed my door down when some lithium white grease came through to the outside that I noticed several days later. Not sure how to compare to other companies, but I like this one. Courteous also.

Was surprised that I actually reached a person when I called Precision Door Service on a Saturday. Previous two companies called did not pick up and went to voicemail. Was able to schedule a same day appointment. Our technician, Harold, was on time, professional and pleasant to talk to. He answered all our questions. Only 1 spring was broken; however, we chose to upgrade both to a better quality product. So far everything going well and feel confident that should an issue arise, they will be there to stand by their work.

Precision was scheduled to be here at 9 and they showed up at 8:45. They got right to work and removed the old door and then started mounting the new railing and door. They did a great job and it looks good. Very professional and courteous. Were done in about 2 hours.
