This is the garage door company you are looking for. Do not be fooled by companies with with similar sounding names that do not offer the service this company does. Precision came out the day we called and replaced our defective springs, replaced the rollers, adjusted the track and opener. The door works better now than when we bought the house. Their technician was polite, professional and quick but thorough. A very much deserved 5 STAR rating.

the service could not be better. The scheduled appointment was met and I was called to advise the tech was on the way. A service call had been arranged within 1 hour on a Saturday morning. Repairs were done correctly. The garage was left clean. Richard took time to explain all that was being done and when finished everything was cleaned and left as it had been. Richard explained the operation of the new opener. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Garage tension spring broke Sunday, so I checked DIY web sites for install instructions & costs. Home Depot & Loews parts were $150+ so then submitted 4 requests @NE.FL.BBB to A+ rated companies to provide parts & installation. Monday received 2 estimates & call from Michelle at Precision that Frank could fix it bewteen Noon & 2pm for less than $250, including parts, tax, tools, travel & 1year warranty. I decided the add'l $100 was worth it, to avoid the Do-Over/Safety risks, cost of special tools & my time as a novice which would have taken me at least twice as long to do, assuming I wouldn't need ER & medical help. Frank called to confirm appointment & showed up early by 11:30am Monday. Frank was done by 1:30 pm, but could have been done in an hour, if not for his patience with my many questions & poor AT&T network connection at my home. Please pass on my gratitude to Frank & Michelle for their pleasant & proffesional performances. I had a great experience with Precision & highly recommend their team. I am very happy with my decision because the Springs installed were much heavier duty than the 160 pound retail springs online, so should last much longer on my 300+ pound aluminum door & tensioned by an experienced proffesional. I found your ad in the yellow pages but I had no prior knowledge of your company, however, the ad caught my eye so I figured I'd try you. Well, I was very pleased with the service, the promptness, and courtesy of the tech. For something that happened so quickly (broken spring) I was so thankful that I could have it taken care of in a timely manner with no inconvenience. If asked I will definitely refer anyone to your company.

The Serviceman Frank was professional and took his time to described options in detail. The overall installation of two new springs took less than an hour. Frank even tried to eliminate a noise from the door before he left. I would recommend this company for similar door problems.

I needed a repair to my garage door this week. The "trolley" in my system broke, and I scheduled an appointment. AJ came out and did an AWESOME job. He was fast, polite, and very knowledgeable. I used Precision about 6 months ago also for a tune up, and I will continue to use them! Highly recommended!

I am a widow and was dismayed to find that I could not open my garage door after an overnight storm. The wall console, remote controller, and outside keypad all failed to operate the opener. I called around 10:30 and was told that a technician could be there between 4 and 6 pm. He came as promised, determined that my opener unit could not be repaired, and installed a new one by 5:30 or so. He also replaced the rollers to make it easier for me to manually lift the door in the event of a power outage. Tim, the technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So, I had the use of my car again for the weekend. Highly recommend this company. I live in Fruit Cove, northwest St. Johns county.

What a great experience. Technician put in new garage door opener and moved old one to other garage door (3 car garage). Also replaced spring on small garage door.
