Your service was very quick to respond. Your phone was answered by a very professional and friendly person. Your service technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job replacing the springs on my garage door and then checked everything else to make there would be no issues. I would highly recommend your company.

New to St. Augustine, I did not know who to call, so I did a Google search. The reviews were positive, so I selected Precision, and I'm so glad I did. Both technicians were not only quick to respond, but even arrived earlier than scheduled. They were knowledgeable, courteous and an overall pleasure. The pricing was reasonable, and I will certainly be calling them again for future needs.

The man who did the work was very good. He knew what was wrong and went about fixing the door. It only took him about an hour to put the new springs on the door. He was very neat. He told me what was wrong and what I could do. I would recommend him to anyone for garage door repair!

The team that installed my Genie came out promptly, gave me an estimate, and had all the material they need to install the Door opener. They did it in less than two hours and provide instructions on how to code fobs. They were very friendly, curious, and efficient. They cleaned up and left with no trace other than a brand-new garage door opener. I recommend them highly!

Great service, quick and friendly! However, I felt they were overpriced, especially after hearing other friends/colleagues told me what they paid for the same services.

We selected Precision from word of mouth recommendations when we moved here 7 1/2 years ago. The scheduling has been immediate and the service excellent. Chad provided my service today and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He obviously enjoys his work and is willing to answer questions and educate. We have never had a reason to use another company and do recommend them to others.

We have been waiting for over a month for another company to order and install a spring for our garage door. We called Precision and they came out the same day, with the correct part, and completed the job. We were so relieved to be able to park our cars in the garage again. THANK YOU PRECISION!

I placed a call on November 23 for help with my broken garage door opener. Luckily, a technician was available who came within hours, replaced my defective motor, and upgraded my door operation before Thanksgiving weekend. Colton was most knowledgeable, a pleasure to find a door technician with so much experience. A quality job and I highly recommend this company for quality and performance.
