Called in for service at 7:15 a.m. and the tech (Jose) was at my house in approximately one hour. When I called for service I got to speak with a person immediately, not some machine that had me pushing buttons for ten minutes. Great tech, explained all options, replaced broken springs and a few other worn parts, adjusted door and door opener. Cleaned up when finished, you would never know he was here. Will certainly call Precision again if I have a garage door problem or when I'm ready for a new garage door. I highly recommend them.

Placed call just after 9am Saturday. Told that tech would be there between 10 and 12. Got call in 5 minutes that tech was 5 minutes away. Evaluated problem and suggested new opener due to age of current opener. new opener quickly installed be tech Alan. during replacement of seal on bottom of garage door tech accidentally broke light lense on motor scooter. He went on line and found vendor selling replacements and credited invoice for replacement cost. Alan was pleasant, efficient and most of all honest. We greatly appreciate the quick response. No questions as to who we will call for service on our garage door in the future.

Fast response time, tech was very knowledgeable about the parts and problem and was able to fix it. He also inspected the door and noticed that a couple of the rollers were worn to a point of not working and we had him replace them while he was here. The technician they sent was Michael Gavandalli. He called before he came and was prompt. Took a week from the initial diagnosis to the new door, have to figure out how to shorten that up. The initial repairman did a great job showing up the door until the new door was made. Crew arrived early this morning and was very efficient in installing the new door. Just did a great job.
