This was a follow up to my recent spring replacement. Put in a new opener and was having trouble, manufacture said Springs were too tight. Jason adjusted them and then helped me troubleshoot my problem. Turns out I had a bad opener and he recommended a different brand. Got the brand he recommended, installed it and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend this company.

Technician could not duplicate the problem while here. He gave me a couple of points to watch for to make his diagnosis easier next time. You have replaced just about everything on the garage door, except the door itself, which is in good condition, so I was a little set back when I had to pay a $49 service charge.

Appointment made on 2/25/2020 @ 10:45 and received service same day @ 3:45. The representative knew exactly what to do. Changed a hinge that was broken, put roller back in frame and was on his way. Very pleased and will use this business in the future.

I had a spring break on one of my garage doors o a Saturday. This precision office was able to come out on Monday, repair my garage and they lubed the other garage door while they were here. The tech was incredibly courteous and prompt in completing his work.
