Jason, so far, so good. Found you guys off the internet. Website nicely done. Like the Bio's on your crew. Very professionally done. Very impressed with appointment time. Tim called at 1:50 and said he was on the way. At 2:05 P.M. they were pulling into my driveway. Tim gave a very through inspection to my existing garage, and pointed out things that needed replacing. You have Service Performed and Purchased Product: Under Purchased everything was replaced. I would recommend your company to anyone that might ask. Although the work on my garage won't be complete for several more weeks, which I agreed too.

AJ did a great job. He called and told me he was on his way and showed up when he said he would be there. Although our issue was fixed in seconds, AJ stayed and made minor adjustments to ensure the door was operating properly. I was very impressed that you were able to send someone out the same day. My garage door was not closing properly and the technician immediately discovered the problem and fixed it. I had some questions on the lubrication of the door as well as the operation of the door when the power is out and he took the time and carefully explained what to do. He was very courteous and competent and I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door issues.

I chose Precision because of their great reputation. My experience was great from beginning to end. I requested an appointment online and received a phone call to set up a time on the day i requested. Frank, the installer, called to confirm the time, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was profession and polite. He did quality work, cleaned up after himself and gave me all the information and instructions that I needed. He even helped me program the "clicker" built into my car visor. Precision sells quality products at a fair price. I couldn't be happier.

Kody/Tech arrived right on time & inspected my opener track making a grinding noise when closing. Kody felt a lubrication of the track might correct the problem. It did & he was gone in no time. Kody was very pleasant & I was very pleased with his knowledge/service provided. Great job!

Ryan came out and diagnosed the problem with the door very quickly. The install bolt heads had a ridge on them that was catching on the side of the rollers and causing a loud snap as the door was being raised. He replaced the bolts with rounded heads and the problem was gone. BTW, I called in the AM, got the visit by 2PM the same day and that's pretty darn good response to a customer.

Sunday DIY project resulted in a wracked door and a tension spring needing repair. It was business as usual for these folks. My technician (Michael?) called to ask if it was okay to come an hour early!! Professional, friendly and thorough. he went the extra mile ...even adjusted the belt in the garage door opener. The job was finished quickly and cleanly. I will definitely recommend Precision. Thank you so much

Every thing about this transaction went smoothly, from the initial contact to inquire about service, to setting the appointment, and the coordinated, timely arrival of the technician, Kody Hohman at the appointed time. After inspecting the system, Kody quickly diagnosed the situation, taking the time to explain the cause of the problem, and his solution. Garage door wouldn't open, so I called for service. Ryan showed up 15 minutes early (a good thing) and spent time looking over the door and opener for the problem. After a good review, he gave me several options and I chose a new opener and rail. Ryan installed the new opener and adjusted the door to make sure it closed perfectly. Now I can barely hear it opening and closing! Ryan did a great job and I'll definitely call again if I need anything. I'll also refer my friends and tell them about your excellent customer service.

Some time ago you installed a new garage door for me. We're very pleased with the new door; and, especially with the service provided. Recently the door began to malfunction so I called for repair. The technician came out the day I called and showed up even a little earlier than expected which was great. He was very professional, as with all your technicians; diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue within minutes of arrival. He even had a spare part on the truck that he installed at no charge. After the repair, he greased all the bearings and only charged a minimal service call fee which is about half of what I'm accustomed to paying other service providers. Thanks for always being there when needed.
