Our garage door had been acting up for a little while and finally it just died on us last night. I knew it wasn't good when I saw some pieces flying off of it and knew that it was going to be to much for me to even consider trying to work on it. I had heard some good things about Precision Garage Doors from some neighbors and called them the next morning. Wow, got an appointment for that afternoon and the Service Tech Tim Van Vuren and his asst were on time, explained what they were going inspect and give me options on what the issue is and what is needed. Well they went at it after I told them what little I could tell them that had happened. They diagnosed the problem, we decided how to correct the problem as a team and the went to work to fix the problems. Both of these gentlemen were very professional, fixed the problem, cleaned up afterwards, and went over everything that was done to correct our issue, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone whom needs service or a new garage door installed or repaired. OH and I would request Tim & his assistant !

I just had a new garage door opener installed today. Allen was my tech and he did an amazing job. He did not even take an hour and he replaced the spring as well. Also, incredibly mindful to the current Covid19 concerns, he wiped down all the surfaces he touched with a lysol wipe and maintained a proper distance. I’m a customer for life. About six months ago they replace the broken door lift springs and worn out rollers. Today they replaced a failing door opener. They offered same day service for both repairs, we declined. However both times they were there the first thing the next day. Both technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, completed the task quickly and did a good cleanup. The price was reasonable and the products are well made. When I bought the house the door had a couple of dings in it. When I decide to replace it I know who to call.

From my initial call for service to the tech saying thank you while walking away my experience was an A+. More or less woke up to a broken spring, garage door non-operable. 7:50 am placed a call to a very professional person answering and scheduling calls. Within 10 minutes had an intro call from tech with eta. Wes, tech, arrived by 8:30, very professional and attentive to everything including social distancing etc. My options and needs were explained, work commenced. Wes did his thing, showed confidence and professionalism in his efforts which made me feel very comfortable with the action plan. While don’t don’t want the need to call Precision back, I will not hesitate. Wes is a significant asset to the company. Thank for treating a customer with the highest of professionalism.

I now have had the opportunity to use Precision twice and both times I have received excellent service beginning with initial phone call I made to Precision regarding repair service on my garage overhead door. Their technicians were on time, courteous and well skilled in their trade. And your technicians were so knowledgeable and fixed everything on the overhead door and the door worked like new when they were finished. I chose your company from the website. I called to see if an appointment today was possible. The spring(s) in our door were broken and the car was in the garage. Without the springs the door was too heavy to manually open. Wes was the tech assigned to us. He called and arrived before the scheduled time. He was professional and very knowledgeable.
