A few months ago I had a garage door opener install by you guys and the experience was great and my technician Chad was great and very knowledgeable. Just recently I just started to have electrical problems with the opener. I called today and you all responded right away. Now that is good service.

I dealt with many companies. and hired many to do installation contracts with us so I know quite a bit of service companies. The installer Dan did a great job , I like how he went beyond the call of duty. He installed a garage door only but also took the time to put bulbs in my opener and made the wiring neat,as before it was all discombobled . Thanks dan for extending your services. Ps. Very quick service called around 10:45 am they called me and arrived at 12:15 pm. Chet was very polite. gave us some options. Precision repaired my garage door springs on the same day I called. This was important to me so that my daughter would be able to get into our garage when she came home late at night after work. It's dark and she's a beautiful young lady whom I don't want to have to have get out of her car, and then walk around in the dark to our front door in order to get in the house Thanks to Precision, she won't have to. And the gentleman that came out was very courteous and respectful. He was knowledgeable in what needed to be done, explained it to me, and helped me with my payment. I'm thankful for Precision.

2/16/15 My appointment time was scheduled between 12pm - 2pm. Technicians Chad and Mike arrived @11:49am - within the hour of my phone call. Both were professions and introduced themselves. Chad listened to my concerns, examined the door and rollers. Then repeated my concerns back to me to ensure he understood...THAT ALONE IMPRESSED ME!! He didn't attempt to scam or cheat me as a single woman but explained the problem areas in easy to understand terms. Chad and Mike were courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. On a Saturday our garage door spring just broke. I called Precision and they had Jason out by 4:30 the same day. He is a very polite, professional and knowledgeable man. After looking at the door, he explained to us to what had happened and gave us options to resolve it. He replaced the spring, rollers, bracing in practically no time. I thought he was just getting started when he was already done. He also made suggestions about our garage door opener as it was original equipment when the house was built so we had him to install a new one made by Precision themselves. His knowledge and pride about the company was a big selling point. There was no pressure of any kind and we were thoroughly impressed with the whole process in dealing with both Precision and Jason. We highly recommend using Precision Door Service when you have the need. We cannot thank you enough for your quick response time and no extra charges for weekend work.
