I am a long-standing customer with Precision Garage Door service. Recently my garage door was moving erratically when in use. Precision sent technician Tim who investigated the problem and offered 2 options: a repair vs new door. After reviewing both options and discussing with Tim, I decided a repair was in order. Tim worked diligently and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Tim was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I will continue with as a customer with Precision because the team is not only knowledgeable, but the company stands behind its' work. Tim is a great asset to your company.

Riley came yesterday and did a great job explaining everything and doing a temporary repair on the door. Dan and his workmate(sorry, didn’t catch his name) came on time this morning and installed a new garage door. It looks great, they were polite and cleaned everything up very well. OUR MECHANIC REMEMBERED US FROM HIS LAST VISIT WHERE HE REPLACED THE SPRINGS AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO LUBRICATE THEM. WHEN HE CAME TODAY, THE DOOR HAD BEEN MAKING POPPING NOISES FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS OFF AND ON. HE FOUND THE ISSUE, EXPLAINED TO US THE FIX, THEN OFFERED AN ESTIMATE ON EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR THE DOOR TO OPERATE QUIETLY. WHEN HE COMPLETED THE REPAIR, HE GAVE US A COPY OF THE BILL, NICE EFFICIENT GUY. KAILIN IS GREAT!

Recently had an issue with my garage door (opening/closing), called Precision Garage Door Service, they answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled for the next day (they could have had someone out sooner if I wanted). Their technician, Riley, attended the next morning at the scheduled time. He was polite, courteous and did a nice job explaining the issues that I had with my garage door and what would be required to fix same, presenting me with a written estimate, without any pressure. He completed the required repairs in a timely manner, cleaned up the work site and tested to my satisfaction the repair. My reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating was the price....over $2000.

Wow...same day service. Everything was professional from the young lady who took my call to the technician who came to replace our opener. Cameron was experienced and polite, taking the time to explain things, options and pricing. Yes Precision is a big national franchise, but I'm glad I found them after being ghosted for an opener replacement appointment by a "local" firm. Sometimes it is best to go with the big dogs. Thanks to the Precision team!

Josh was prompt, did a thorough inspection and gave me an accurate estimate for repairs. Replaced the broken springs, replaced the worn shaft bearings and gave my garage door adjustments to make the door operate more smoothly. He was courteous, friendly and professional.
