My experience was exceptional! Mr. King serviced my garage and he was the nicest, patient and most professional person I’ve encountered in a long time. He gave my husband and I excellent service. I had problems with my garage door opener for a while. Another company put in a new opener but the problems still occurred. The company was rude to me and could not help without a promise of more money up front. I saw the add for Precision in the Mint magazine. When I called I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was able to get a tech to me the same day. The young man was pleasant, timely, and precise. When I described the symptoms he knew exactly what the solution should be. He corrected the problems and made sure everything was working, including my car remote. Very pleased with the service. Precision door is a great company. I do not have a need often for garage door companies, but, my spring broke today and a technician showed up the same day. The price of the springs was more than I would have expected but seemingly on par for this type of repair. Kaleb was great and very helpful. Efficient to say the least. The entire time on site was 30-45 minutes.
