I’ve used Precision for a while now. Almost two years ago, they installed a new garage door system. It’s so much better than what I had before. Over time, the outside keypad stopped working even with new batteries. This is why I called for service. Michael, the tech, called me early to see if I wanted him to start a little early. Yes!! Michael was very courteous & professional. He appeared to be concerned with what I really needed. He was not just focused on making a sale. He replaced my opener and it works just fine now. I have used Precision before for garage door work. They are honest knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. I thought my garage door may of been out of balance, so I call Precision, and the next day George came out, and checked everything out. While he was hear I had him replace my rubber bottom molding because after 27 years it had shorten quite a bit, allowing unwanted rodents into my garage. George completed the job in about 30 minutes. I will call Precision in the future if I have any more issues with the garage door. Thank you Precision !!
