It was a pleasured to have my garage door serviced by Mr. W. Schneider (Certified Tech) from Precision Door Service Co. Mr. Schneider examined the garage door in details, then gave me the work planed and the cost which I agreed. He then installed the Spring Pad Wood, the Bottom Seal, and also sprayed the lubricant on all the moving parts on my garage door. Technician was very professional. But, the company only works on Genie openers. I explained that I have a Liftmaster when requesting a service. They are real good repairing a door or hardware but not the liftmaster opener. Lost me as a customer for openers. I would recommend if you need a Genie. No service performed, due to not working on my products.

Precision Door did a fantastic job of analyzing my needs and giving me a complete run down of what I would need to replace a 27-year old door and inoperable opener. Within three days The crew of two hard-working installers led by Chance, were at my door ahead of time. They completed the project in 2.5 hours and cleaned up their work. Called pretty late in the day for an appointment. Thought it would be next day for service. But as they stated 2 hours timeline which was great. I called for an annual tuneup because I thought the door wasn't being controlled enough by the motor and chain. The servicemen said there wasn't much they could do about that, but they said it was a very noisy unit, and there were much quieter units available. I accepted their quote to install a Genie unit and it is wonderful! It opens and closes with barely a whisper! The installation by a supervised trainee was done promptly and cleanly. I am a satified customer.
