Austin called prior to arriving, I called for a repair because I left something in the track and shut the door. It couldnt be repaired. Austin didnt pressure me into buying a new door but I purchased one anyway. Price for replacement door, hardware, install, and garage door opener very reasonable.

Tim called ahead to confirm the appointment and was on time. He was polite, explained everything to me in advance (including cost), and was thorough. He installed a number of new parts to get the door properly balanced and functioning. He also repaired the opener itself and installed a keypad, a sensor and the automatic reverse feature. He even reinforced some structural parts for me at no extra charge. I could not be more pleased. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone -- and I recommend Tim in particular. 1st of all I liked that you don't charge extra for Saturday service calls. Billy McCarthy was our tech very nice man came on Saturday saw right away what problem was but he didn't have parts on his truck to do repair he said he could go back to the shop and get what he needed I thought that was great for him to offer but it was late in the day and I didn't need the garage over the weekend. He came back Monday morning had everything replaced in about an hour. I would recommend you folks to friends of mine you definitely get 5 stars for your service. Oh I chose your company because you were listed first when I googled garage door companies plus very good reviews and coming on the weekend for no extra charge.

I called for an appointment and they came the same day and fixed the rails, new rollers, new springs, new cable, etc. I will say I did not "shop" for prices so I cannot comment on that, but they were so courteous and I needed the repair right away. They took all the debris (old parts), with them and everything was great when I got home. I was able to have them call me when they were finished, and pay over the phone.
