I picked your company because of your 5 star rating. The office staff was very efficient and professional in setting up my appointment. My technician Michael G arrived exactly on time from the time of his phone call, quickly checked out the keypad, replaced it very efficiently, checked and oiled the rollers and was on his way. I could not have been more pleased. I really like that you have your technicians pictures on your website. First time I have ever seen that and was impressed. I will definitely recommend your company.

5 STARS! While visiting my elderly mother from Indiana I had Precision check out the deplorable condition of her garage door. The door sounded like it was ripping apart every time it opened. Kody Hohman was the technician who came and explained the problem. I decided to replace the old opener and springs so mom wouldn't have any concerns about the door. The initial sticking problem continued after the new install and Kody was very attentive and I think went above and beyond to get it fixed. I called him a few times on his personal cell phone and he was always available and courteous. Highly recommend Precision and Kody!

Just like to say our tech that helped us out today was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had his name was ryan lanczak he was across the street at my neighbors and I stopped him to ask him a question about my garage door not only did he stop he pulled up and came in and pointed out that my door had only one spring and needed two then explained why that was a big deal for me he actually told me why I should have two so in a short great experience so I will highly recommend you guy's to all my customers and I too am in construction so once again thank u so much for the help and the great customer service

Ryan did a very good job on the service call. We agreed that the fundamental problem was with one remote which Ryan checked and verified that it was non functional. He checked out the rest of the door and the lift mechanism very thoroughly and treated with the lithium grease. He then programmed the new remote, verified its operation and explained the operation to me. Ryan was quick, efficient and very personable.
