Just like to say our tech that helped us out today was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had his name was ryan lanczak he was across the street at my neighbors and I stopped him to ask him a question about my garage door not only did he stop he pulled up and came in and pointed out that my door had only one spring and needed two then explained why that was a big deal for me he actually told me why I should have two so in a short great experience so I will highly recommend you guy's to all my customers and I too am in construction so once again thank u so much for the help and the great customer service

Ryan did a very good job on the service call. We agreed that the fundamental problem was with one remote which Ryan checked and verified that it was non functional. He checked out the rest of the door and the lift mechanism very thoroughly and treated with the lithium grease. He then programmed the new remote, verified its operation and explained the operation to me. Ryan was quick, efficient and very personable.

I am from NY and needed repair on door. Your advertising promised same day service. I called and was given a 12 -2 window. Shortly after 11 I received a call from Jerimiah who let me know he just finished his last spot and would be there by 12:10. At 12:07 the phone rang and Jerimiah was outside. He explained what to expect during call. He quickly diagnosed he issue and explained what caused the issue and what he would do to fix. He was punctual and very polite. He represented your company extremely well and I would highly recommend him to anyone based on how he handled my service call.

First off, I can only put one thing purchased, so I listed the springs. We had a complete rebuild - springs, rollers, cables etc. I was very pleased from the moment I called. A reasonable service charge and no up-charge for a weekend (like I have seen with other services). The tech called to tell me he was five minutes out (pretty much on time) and started with a 25 point inspection, explaining everything to me as he went. When he was completed the inspection, he broke out the prices and showed me the price book. He also explained the difference between the standard springs & cables versus the upper grade springs with the rebuild package. Since we don't plan on moving anytime soon, we chose the rebuild package. It's nice to know that any repairs after a year will only be a service charge. He was fast, courteous and personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing garage work done.
