This is the second time I used PDS. The first time was 2 years ago, completely satisfied then and completely satisfied this time. Two years ago our house was sold...door spring broke the next day after closing. I called and they came the same day. No one likes to spend money on home repairs! But this was the most pleasurable home repair we've had so far. We got a call when the service tech, Austin, was on his way, he arrived on time, explained everything very clearly. Before we knew it he was done and our garage door was fixed! Austin was courteous, professional, and did an awesome job. Hope we don't have to, but we would definitely give Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville our business again.

Austin arrived early in the time window I was given. He explained to me that he would first do the 25 point safety check and then give me an estimate on the springs. He explained everything very well and went over the estimates in detail. I was then asked which spring I wanted to use for replacement. After settling that he went right to work. He showed me that the door was balanced. The entire job including payment was done in less than an hour. Very professional and efficient. Garage door works likeit's bran mew. Great job.

Our torsion springs failed with both gas trapped in the garage. We called Precision that evening based on a recommendation from a friend. The next morning Austin arrived, diagnosed the entire system, recommended changes, and completed all repairs within about two hours. My opinion is that Austin is way above average on the professional and competence scales. The 12 year old door has NEVER worked better. This organization is a rarity in today's lackadaisical mechanical service industry. They are not cheap but I can certainly recommend them to anyone that requires garage door service.
