Frank is a "Keep" in my book. He knows his job well and he went out of his way to explain to me the problem with my door. He went the extra mile finding your company name for me on Aggie's List, which saved me an extra 5% off my bill. What stood out the most about Frank was his stronge ethics, which I find rare in today's society. A company is as stronge as the people it employ. I found Precision listed in the yellow pages and I called. After making an appointment, I went to your web-site; and your company has been the only company that I know of which listed information that provided the consumers "Peace of Mind" in times like these. Our garage door opener was malfunctioning and we called you this morning based on your online ad. We immediately received an email to confirm the appointment for between 12 and 2. Jon was here just about at noon. He estimated the job to take 1-1 1/2 hours. It was about 1 3/4 hours because he had to fix some previous work that was not right. He gave me an estimate for the job and the actual cost was right on the nose. He was very friendly, efficient and we were happy that he was on time. We would do business with Precision again. Thanks!
